I Started going to this office 6 years ago because it was close to my house. My luck was good and I love this animal hospital. I have two cats and two standard poodles. I have seen all the dr.s and everyone has always been professional and kind. They are always great with my pets and never have been made to feel like I need to do any unneccecary procedures. I old recomend them to anyone.

The staff is very welcoming every time I bring my dog in for a kennel stay. While we don't use HHAH as our primary vet, they always treat us with the upmost respect during those 3-4 times a year we use boarding services.

From the first day that I walked into the Nashboro Animal Hospital, I was treated as a family member. The amount of compassion, professionalism, and dedication that my family received (and still continues to receive) is rivaled by none in any industry. When I brought my cat Mollie to them for help, they welcomed us with more than just a diagnosis. They offered support, care, constant phone calls updating me on her progress, and a multitude of hugs. The owner even went above and beyond to stay many hours past closing time to keep a watchful eye on my sickly Mollie, keeping me updated during the entire process. When it came to the diagnosis, long term care plans and procedures needed in my situation, every member of the staff made it a point to keep me involved. They would explicitly tell me EXACTLY what was needed, and why. If I didn't understand, they would educate me on what was happening to my little Mollie, and how WE were going to treat her together. Their level of honesty was a much needed relief to me, a stubborn cynic. Every time that there was a test needed or samples sent off, I was notified of the cost upfront. There were no hidden costs nor surprise bills. Every time that I was there, I visited my hurt cat. The staff here are firm believers that pet owners are a priority when in regard to the healing process. I got to visit Mollie everyday, and that is something that I truly appreciate given the circumstances surrounding her stay. When almost two months had passed since I first stepped foot through their doors, I found myself faced with the most difficult decision that any pet owner will ever have to make. I went to Nashboro Animal Hospital unannounced. There was no phone call, no appointment, no email. I walked in without warning. I was immediately greeted with a hug, and the owner could tell that something was wrong. We immediately began discussing the situation, and our options. That day was yesterday. Tonight I'm writing this review with tear-stained cheeks. I'm writing this because amidst all of the sadness I have for my Mollie, I couldn't be happier that I found this specific animal hospital. In over 30 years of pet ownership (cats, dogs, birds, fish, and turtles), I have never received the compassion that they gave me. The facilities are there, and they are clean. The doctors are professional, well versed, and will always answer your questions. What sets this hospital apart from the rest? Their dedication to a legacy that was started 1987 by Dr. Kitty Parker. They are truly "One of a Kind", and they are a much needed establishment in today's world. I will continue to be the best pet owner that I can be, and I will never even consider taking my pets to a different hospital.

I absolutely love my vet. First of all it is so much less expensive than say Murphy Road Animal Hospital, which I have been to several times and have paid almost twice as much for lower quality care. My dog has chronic ear infections and is currently experiencing some skin issues and everyone at the office has been more than accommodating. Yes they are extremely busy, but that is because they are so good. When you go in for your apt time you get seen right away, I have never waited longer than 5 minutes, and sadly to say I am in there around once a month. Dr. Lutz is funny and friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. I think it is a great establishment.

Been using Mobley for vet and grooming needs for years. There is NO comparison. Best in the area! And the grooming is comparable in price to PetSmart and is 10x's better :)

This place is great! I got my Macy and had only had her for a few days when she started acting strange. She'd gotten her first shots here, so I brought her in. She was very sick (I forgot what the name was), so she had to stay overnight for a couple of days. And the overnight fee IS ABSOLUTELY $15.00. They were great the whole time they had her - told me I could call anytime, even though they called me daily, and when I did call they'd go right on back and check on her. I live nearby so the office staff even said to drop by and could see her if I wanted to. After I got her back, she was healthy and happy. After a couple of days, the staff called again just to see if she was alright.\r \r Every time I go in there - with or without my dog - they know me and my dog by name. They commented several times about how she grew as a puppy. They even helped me with an issue I had about spaying her (I had gotten her out of state and they were demanding I get her spayed, even though they gave her too me at around 5 weeks - way too young). The staff worked with me and the other clinic nicely. I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these people.
