Buyer beware! Find a different place to rent from! They are very pretentious in dealing with landlord/tenant situations!Units are small and overpriced. Amenities are VERY modest for the price. Also, double check rental sites, because they have multiple prices posted for the same units.Office management is reasonable, but the broker needs a class in Miss Manners, when dealing with tenants. The area is in transition, with multiple crimes happening weekly.
My name is David Balfour. I am a Realtor with RE/MAX Elite. There is a negative review of my work below this posting. I wish to go on record that I have never met the person writing the review, nor was I ever asked to provide real estate services to this person. Further, I have no affiliation to the office reference, other than the fact I also practice under the RE/MAX brand.Maybe this person has confused me with someone else, or maybe a multiple offer on a house for sale did not go her way. But, I can state with confidence that offers were treated promptly, professionally and, most importantly, complete unbiased. Please consider these facts before forming an opinion of me. Better yet, please contact me and speak to me directly and form your own opinion. I believe you will experience high levels of integrity, service, experience, and knowledge. Thank you.
STAY AWAY!!!! Renting from Tandem Realty has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Their management and maintenance team never reply to e-mails or calls. Their “service” is non-existent. It is a shame, because the property was a nice home in Mount Juliet. The owner and future tenants deserve better than Tandem realty. If you are a glutton for punishment, by all means work with this “company.” If you are not ignored enough at home by your significant other or at work by your boss, Tandem can fill that void and make you feel invisible. I submitted over 6 maintenance requests that were NEVER addressed. I sent multiple e-mails that were ignored or lost on Hilary Clinton’s server. I asked for a one month extension at 60 days until the end of my lease and was told at a 30% increased rate…..2 weeks later…..then charged for not letting them know I was vacating at 60 days. The ONE time a maintenance team did respond to fix a dripping/leaking shower they put holes in the dry wall and never fixed them. If you like the 3rd world country feel; there service team is top notch! At least they fixed one of the leaks and left another…. I grew accustom to the dripping noise behind the wall and do not know if I could have slept without it.In all seriousness, If you want DMV like customer service, to pay a lot more than is necessary and to be charged extra every time you make an on-line payment; This is for you! Me personally, I’d rather live in a tent down by the river waiting for my house to be built then to deal with these clowns EVER AGAIN.
