Mid Tenn Ford Truck Sales
Mid-Tenn Truck makes buying and servicing a vehicle a pleasure. They employ none of the typical tactics I've experienced at other vehicle dealerships. Their prices are good, the salesmen and owner firendly, and the service department second to none. Mid-Tenn has been my one-source supplier for family and business vehicles for nearly twenty years.

American Tire Nashville
I, too, needed a tire, but I got there first thing in the morning. They are a first come first served type of place, but I was able to get in and out in about an hour. I brought some work with me to do in case the wait was longer than anticipated. The customer service is fab, thanks Mike! I have purchased 4 tires now for my car and have had excellent results. Thanks American Tire!

Pep Boys Auto Parts & Service
I went here because they had a great price on tires. When I picked it up, they assured me that all of the "white stuff" on my tires and rims was just some sort of glue and when I washed it off, I wouldn't see anything. I washed it two days later and every rim (that I had painted for $$$) had scratches and chips just on the edge of the rim. There are no other rock chips or anything on any other part of my rim. I called to get a resolution. They assured me that it couldn't have been them and to send pictures. I did and have gotten no response in 5 emails. Not only were the rims chipped, but my tire pressure sensor went off 3 days after installation. All four tires were 15-20psi under inflated. I was upset about the rims, but now they are dodging me hoping I will just go away. Could have saved a review and more by just working with me. (more photos than the three posted

Low Price Auto Glass
They came out mobile to replace my windshield and I came out moved my car and went back to work while they replaced my windshield. They replaced my windshield with the wrong size. I can back when they were done and was told the lining of my windshield shrunk so that's why the windshield wasn't fitting. As well as them.saying my windshield was replaced before which ithe wasn't because I bought my car brand new off the lot of the original dealership. As I paid my $200 I had to return back to work and when my shift was over I was able to look over it and got someone else to look at my windshield because something wasn't right. The gap in my windshield fit all 5 of my husband fingers in it. He called and he told the owner that I will be bringing my car to the shop to it fixed. I went back to the shop the next day with my receipt and I was told it was my fault that my windshield didn't fit. I should of watched them while I was at work putting in the windshield and that they couldn't do anything about it. I called my husband and he spoke with the owner, and the owner lied and said I told them to just put the windshield in. The owner also got in my face and was yelling at me, and said I'll put some glue on the windshield to seal in the gap. Just horrible. If they didn't have the right windshield than just say we don't have the right windshield. The windshield they have and get are from pull apart cars. Meaning cars that are wrecked or don't run anymore and they use those scraps off of those cars.

I 1st visitied this store 2 years ago and received such great service from Dexter, that today when I returned with my battery I learned that Dexter transferred to another store. However, the great service continues with Robin and DJ. Great job! Great fast and efficient service.Audrey Stradford

This store has pretty good service. They have a good selection of parts the the store bit can order whatever you need.
Tips & Advices
Using a variety of tools and processes, many of which require specialized training, auto body mechanics primarily repair cosmetic and structural damage to vehicles after accidents occur. They can also enhance a vehicle’s appearance and performance by replacing and adding new parts to a vehicle’s body.
This depends on the severity of the work that needs to be done. Something such as paintless dent repair for a few small dents can take an hour. Whereas auto body repairs for damages caused by a major accident can take multiple days to correct.
All auto body parts can be repaired but there is a threshold for the level of repairs possible. Parts can be damaged beyond repair and would need to be wholly replaced.
Auto body parts can be made from a wide variety of materials, usually based on what the part’s purpose is. Vehicle frames body panels, bumpers, roof racks, and other items that need to be strong and durable are usually constructed from steel, which is known for its durability and resistance to rust and high temperatures. But aluminum is quickly becoming a popular material of construction due to its lightweight yet durable nature. Body kits and other aftermarket parts like spoilers and hoods can be constructed from one form of plastic or another.
Yes, the vast majority of car makes and models have aftermarket parts available for many of their components. But higher-end vehicles typically have less aftermarket parts available since they often use specialized materials and manufacturing processes that are difficult to duplicate for many aftermarket manufacturers.
