Rodeway Inn
Motel/Inn was clean, staff very helpful and friendly and decent breakfast. Upon Check-in there was a very nice desk clerk who was very bubbly personality who gave us step by step instructions on how to navigate to the hotel property. I believe her name was Emily but not sure. She was a very nice girl upon check in and provided printed instructions to downtown Nashville and other amusements there. They had a pool which was clean as a whistle and pool chairs that were new and unused. The property also had free Wi-fi with excellent reception. The bathroom in our room was super clean and well stocked with clean towels and linens. The free breakfast had cereals, juice, toast, biscuits and gravy. The desk clerk in the morning was also very friendly and eager to please. He was a perfect gentleman and also provided excellent customer service with the breakfast bar. Overall had a excellent stay.

If you are looking for a cheap rate near the downtown area this is not that bad. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms in Nashville are ridiculously high. We was looking for something near Bridgestone arena for the SEC tournament last week end and we did not want to spend a fortune on our room. The carpet looked like it was new and the bathroom looked like it had been remodeled recently too. check in was pleasant and easy. if you are like me and the kind of person that looks at a motel room as "you get what you pay for", then you will not be disappointed in this room at all. As I have already said I would for sure stay here again.

You get your bang for your buck. It's a $60 a night hotel. I'm realizing some of the comments come from guests who don't realize that. The staff isn't going to suck up to you, and there's no complimentary champagne on check in. The bed was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly, and it's centrally located. It can use an upgrade, sure, but can I stress it's a $60 motel? It only cost us about a $7 uber ride go get to downtown. If you're looking for an easy and cheap place to crash, this is your spot. If you're a weirdo and want to spend time in your hotel while you're visiting places, fork over $200 a night and stay at a resort.

This hotel is really trying to improve itself.Like desperately wanting to be the best hotel that it can be. The staff were polite and concerned about their failings; when we arrived the cable was out, and the orange juice machine wasn't chilling juice. The staff were apologetic, and worked to make up for them. The room itself was quiet, comfortable and the shower seemed like it was fantastic - I had sunburn so I wasn't able to use it to it's fullest. The price was good, and alongside the usual breakfast, the staff were also serving biscuits and sausage gravy, which was clearly just to add something to the day.

In recent years, my wife and I have become attached to the Rodeway Inn on Trinity Lane in Nashville. Normally, we're on a budget when we travel, and the early morning breakfasts assists us with starting our days frugally. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. There's not much more a couple or family can expect when they are traveling and trying to maintain an inexpensive trip or vacation. The Rodeway Inn on Trinity Lane does as it needs to do - accommodate working class families with vacation stays in or around Nashville.

We were helped immediately during check in and was told about internet (strange it worked great), ice machine (close by), parking (free), breakfast hrs ( 6-9, surprisingly, potatoes, sausage and strange powdered eggs with the usual fruits bread, juices and coffee that wasn't too bad) and some helpful hints on directions. Place is being painted and looks like some remodeling going on. No noise from that. Good bed, hot water pressure good and no noise problems (we stayed farthest from the freeway)

I have stayed at this hotel for several years now and I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to the Nashville area that is looking for a quality price and friendly service. This is the place to stay. If you are looking for a luxurious hotel you can find them but your going to pay top price, but if you want comfort, clean rooms, and friendly service at an affordable price the Rodeway Inn can't be beat.

We stayed in this hotel during 31st of December. Considering this was a peak time we chose it for our budget restraints. The location was good just near the highway which took us nearly 25 mins to reach downtown. There was a petrol pump near by and a 24X7 Qwik-stop. The rooms were big, we booked a two queen bed size that came in the same price of 1 king size. The bathroom was clean, staffs friendly.

Check in was quick and without issues. I had 5 rooms reserved they were all clean and had no smell. Furniture and TVs are dated but work. People at the desk were nice and polite. Breakfast had juice, cereal, small muffins, powdered doughnuts and biscuits and gravy, there were also some other items that I cannot recall. Cab fare to Opry Mills or downtown was $25.Great deal for the price.

This motel/Inn was clean, staff very helpful and friendly and decent breakfast. We booked this hotel thru and was very suprised in all the negative feedback. Upon Check-in there was a very nice desk clerk who was very bubbly personality who gave us step by step instructions on how to navigate to the hotel property - I believe her name was Emily.
