Tin Roof
We visited this Tin Roof location as a bachelorette party for lunch before embarking on an adventure with Pedal Tavern. We had the Pedal Tavern wristbands that gave us access to $5 chicken quesadillas and $2 draughts. The menu had a lot to offer- but we all wound up going with the Pedal Tavern deal. That's right- 6 ladies, 6 chicken quesadillas. The quesadillas were big- but not super flavorful. Was very happy it came with salsa for dipping. We wound up going with 2 pitchers of beer which was the perfect amount before our bike ride. Our service was fast and the place wasn't packed considering college football was on. They even let us separate the check 6 ways. I think we each wound up spending about $10 including tip.Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for lunch before the Pedal Tavern! Great deal, fast service.

Big Shotz
Actually a fun bar. Good staff except for the owner. My wife and I were waiting for other friends to show up. My wife went outside and the owner began hitting on her. She was polite but expressed her disinterest. He in turn reached down and grabbed my wife's privates. He was quickly removed by his staff before police could be called. His staff...bouncer, sound engineer and bar manager all spoke to us. Apologized, offered us drinks and spoke of how this happens "all the time". Very sad what people get away with. Needless to say, we accepted nothing and will not return.
404 Bar and Grill
I stopped by this afternoon to check out this new restaurant because my wife and I live in the neighborhood and have been looking for a local neighborhood bar and restaurant that meets our expectations of delicious food, cool atmosphere, and great people. I couldn't have been more impressed with my first experience here. The menu is expansive. The TVs are plentiful. Management was extremely helpful and forthcoming. I can't wait to spend more time here as the weather gets nicer and they finish up the back patio area. Well done 404!

I absolutely adore this place! My girlfriends and I came on a Friday night last week and were completely amazed by the ambiance, scrumptious food, and such attractive wait staff (they were all so beautiful and friendly). We ate the "G-Bombs" for our appetizers, along with an order of their garlic Parmesan fries (they call their fries "matchsticks"), had a couple of their signature cocktails named the "G-Spot" and their $6 peach martinis. I was in heaven! I'm definitely coming back to Gordon's!

Exit In
The Exit In is an independently owned music venue that's had some amazing bands / performers over the years. The Police, Muddy Waters, Jimmy Buffet, R.E.M. - Country / Folk / Rock / Blues ... the list goes on. Suffice it to say that this is a local venue that has hosted a very diverse set of musicians and still is keeping it local. Look on the back cover of the Police's Zenyetta Mondatta and you will see Sting wearing an Exit In t-shirt.

Honky Tonk Central
We visited Honky Tonk Central while in Nashville celebrating my friend's bachelorette party. This bar is huge- so if you are looking for a place with crowds of people, come here. Things I did not like: the entire place smelled like beer and pee, the bathroom was COVERED in toilet paper and couldn't be used, and 3 shots of Fireball cost $30. Would have probably liked this bar more as a college kid. Probably not somewhere I would go again.

The Wknd
The positive about this place is that its a lounge true and true, good place to chill, have a drink, hookah and listen to good music. However, my problem is the drinks are HEAVILY watered down, service is very slow and usually bad, one time the waitress was drunk, messed our bill up and couldn't even get the orders right and they are sometimes rude. You best bet is to sit at the bar and order a drink.

The Hop Stop
Great spot for a beer with their huge selection. The beer menu changes frequently so it's always fun to see what's available. The food is perfect bar food with hot dogs, nachos, etc.. We usually get the house made vegetarian hot dogs and they are delicious! Seating is open and there is usually always a spot available. It's our go-to spot for great beer and a delicious quick bite.

I wish there was a better food selection, not that many places to sit and eat unless you reserve a booth. I had to remind the bar tender several times about my food, the friend I was with hot there food 15min before mine. She had shrimp I had a cheese quesadilla. We also had to remind the waitress several times to bring us our ticket. I do love the new design of this spot.

just opened, empty on a weeknight but it was pretty early- kids meals are $7, chicken tenders, boneless wings, grilled cheese, or hamburger all with fries. husband really enjoyed hot chicken. my salad was large and blue cheese dressing was delicious, everything very fresh.

Just a moment...
