WashPaw Grooming & Self Serve Dog Wash
I have been taking my dog here for the past couple of years. The staff is very friendly but my dog has extreme anxiety so that has been difficult to get him groomed.

Kristine's Pet Grooming
I can't imagine anyone not liking Kristine. Someone said she was very rude on the phone. OH NOT SO. She has been in the business for a zillion years and gives each pet extra care and love. My elder grand puppy, LADY(that I have custody of) would try to bite anyone that touched her. Kristine has never had a problem with her. To some she may seem a little fast on the phone but personally I would rather her pay attention to my Lady than chit chat. She is a business owner and I would recommend her to any1. Once you get to know her she is as friendly as they comes. Thanks, Kristine I never worry about my "baby" when she is with you. 1 more thing U can't beat her prices. Wish she would cut my hair. TY again. Beck.

The Dog Store
NOT PET FRIENDLY!!! Last time I was there the owner was present and it was a nice experience. I bought things for a dog and had the dog with me. This time it was the opposite. HORRIBLE! One star is a gift. The store was filthy dark and smelled truly horrible. I brought my dog with me and was made very unwelcome by the rude staff who pointed out that the numerous cats in the shop were street cats and "had bad experiences with dogs" making a huge point of my well behaved and immaculately groomed dog being in their store. My dog was not even taking note of the cats. The filthy poorly cared for cats are more important than customers. She kept squirting something on the floor to make a point that we were very unwelcome. Everything was covered with cat hair and shed skin from the cats and I would never consider exposing my well cared for pet to that filth on a "new" item. I left there with a first ever histamine reaction to the poorly cared for cats and the filthy store.

Finding toys for my dog is sometimes difficult with her bite power we need heavy duty toys. The pet training department is awesome! Sean has done wonders in helping us get our dog trained.
Tips & Advices
Many people fear that their pet will be injured at the groomer, but incidents of serious injury are infrequent. For minor injuries , it is appropriate the groomer pay the vet bill, and can usually be worked out between groomer and owner. For moderate to severe injuries, you can attempt to activate groomer’s liability insurance to cover medical expenses. However, be aware that most groomer contracts stipulate that the business does not assume responsibility.
Staff at groomers know that there is inherent risk when handling animals, and they are familiar with being snapped at or bitten. However, it is not a normal occurrence or something you should ignore. Many people choose to cover medical expenses or pay extra--at minimum, apologize and get the dog into behavior classes. It is a given that  you should sedate or muzzle the animal for all future grooming sessions.
It is always recommended to make an appointment to get your pet groomed. While some groomers, especially in the larger pet stores, can accommodate with short notice, popular neighborhood groomers are often booked out two weeks out or longer on weekends.
If your pet has sensitive skin, let the groomer know when you set the appointment. But be aware, all dogs have sensitive skin by human standards--their skin is much thinner. Therefore, you should be on the lookout for signs of sensitivity, and reduce it through regular grooming with gentle, natural shampoo and conditioner. Oatmeal shampoo is a favorite. Daily brushouts and omega oil supplements are recommended for every day at-home care.
For various reasons including insurance clauses and pet-owner relationship dynamics and behaviors, groomers prefer owners don’t stay with their pets while being groomed.
