Dr Roof Of Tennesse
This company worked well with my insurance company to install a complete new roof. It looks good, although they all but refused to install a peak vented configuration. They are good at a plain roof. The problem came with the first rain. I have several leaks, and now they will not answer my calls, and tell me they will come out, when I call from a new phone they don't recognize. They sing a great song before the roof is installed, but seem to care less when they are done and you have problems. I finally stopped calling and am having to go to another company to come out and help me repair the leaks. If they followed through and helped me when my ceiling started showing water damage, I would have rated them 5 stars. When John ignores your calls, and won't help fix a problem they created, you will understand what I am going through.

Nashville Roofing Contractors - Roof Repair and Installation Company
I called Nashville Roofing to come and evaluate our roof because we had been told that we needed extensive repairs on it after we bought the house. The experts at Nashville Roofing were wonderful about getting back with us promptly and scheduled something at my convenience (Which was really hard because I work a lot). He got up on the roof and inspected what I thought must have been every square inch and had some really great recommendations for us that were affordable and things that we could do in stages since we couldnt afford all of it at once. We are so grateful for them!

Dr Roof Of Tennesse
Dr, Roof and John Fisher and crew were great - all I had to say was - I need a roof. They took it from there. They met with the adjusters, and one day i left for work and came home and had a new roof - there was no sign of roofers, roofing equipment or materials. The did a great job. I not only recommend them to all my friends, but when I had to have another roof (year and half later a tree hit the roof) - I called them again. Again - the same great service!

Very positive experience with them. They replaced, cleaned, and added screens to our gutters. The price was reasonable and they were easy to work with. Reliable.

Roofing Supply Group
My roofer relied on this company for materials when my roof was repaired recently. They were satisfied with the selection.
Tips & Advices
Roofers commonly use certain supplies to handle the task of roof repair. A scaffold or a shingle lift is often used to access the roof. Roofers wear hard hats, and they typically wear soft-soled steel-toed shoes that protect their feet and provide optimum traction. Roofers use basic equipment such as caulking guns, paint brushes, electric or cordless drills, wheelbarrows, pop-rivet guns, power brooms, power spudders, shovels, backpack blowers, and high-pressure washers.
Certain supplies are needed when performing a do-it-yourself roof repair project. Working on a roof can be dangerous, and a safety harness with a rope and anchor point is essential equipment if you want to help prevent a fall. You'll also need a ladder, roofing nails, a crowbar, a utility knife, a tape measure, a chalk line, and a hammer.
Algae-resistant roofing shingles are shingles that have been specially built to resist algae growth. A common method for accomplishing this involves including copper granules in the shingles during the manufacturing process. Algae growth can cause unsightly black streaks on your home's roof, and this may lower your property values.
It can take less than a day to put on a new roof, but it could take as long as several days if the roof is large and complex. Weather conditions will also impact the length of time required for this task, and wind, snow, or rain will slow the process.
In general, the average lifespan of a roof is 20 to 25 years. However, the lifespan of your home's roof will be closely linked to the roofing materials used. Roofing made with asphalt shingles can last 15-30 years, and a metal roof may last 30-45 years. A roof made with concrete tile could last 35-50 years.
