Tidy Dog Pet Supplies and Salon
This is a small biz i decided to visit after searching & searching for a professional, QUALITY groomer. I take my dog to show several times a month. The master groomer steve is professionally trained which shows in his work. He takes his work seriously and the end result is nothing short of perfection! I've been to shows & groomers in nearly every state in the union. Steve without a doubt has made me a believer when i thought all hope was lost. I happened to meet another customer while i was checking out my dog & found out she drives from Georgia every 2 months to see steve.....i can see why! These people are even dog crazier than i am..which speaks volumes! I don't usually take time to express opinions online....but this is the exception....which is well worth it! Bravo Tidy Dog! Thank you for making sasha a perfect lady!!! We will be back!! :)

Pet Supermarket
Donelson has needed a pet store for a long time. This location is a nice store with supplies for every kind of little animal that you could imagine. I like the open area in the front of the store to view and play with everything from Kittens, Birds, Bunnies, Hamsters and Gerbils to the Ferrets. You never know what else you will find in their viewing area. They have a nice selection of fish as well. The prices are comparable to the other chain pet stores and they have their own store discount card. I am in the store once a week for my little Babies needs and the staff has always been extremely helpful and nice. Keep up the good job and Welcome to the neighborhood!

I went to this location for the first time today and I wish I could give them a hundred stars! It was a rainy day and a sweet guy met me at my car to hold an umbrella for me so I wouldn't get wet! I was so stunned I didn't know what to do! I didn't know this level of customer service existed!!!! Then another associate met us inside to guide us to where we needed to go and gave us some interesting information regarding pet food that we didn't know! I own a small business as well and my hat is off to whomever owns this place. Seriously the best customer service in this city!

I have two cats. The personnel are always very helpful in helping me find anything I need. They accept returns when I get something my cats don't like, and, best of all, they are always willing to lift the heavy litter boxes and put them into my cart, and then they carry it out to the car for me.

We took our 4 month old puppy for obedience school in July. The instructor was very knowledgeable about training puppies. He answered all our questions about raising and training puppies. They even had a graduation ceremony at the end of the 6 weeks training. Great experience.

They welcome you with umbrellas in the rain! This retail store makes you feel welcome. Their cats in the store are calm and you can tell the workers know their material. I won't shop anywhere else.

Tips & Advices
Pet owners usually sign a waiver stating that any injury or illness a dog suffers while at daycare is the responsibility of the owner. However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
