While they may hold contracts with hospitals and other medical providers, they are incompetent and break federal law in refusing to provide patients who present proper ID the records they request. Amazingly supervisors either will NOT speak with the patients in order to resolve the issues, or staff lies on every request saying that ALL supervisors are in a meeting and cannot speak with you, no matter if early in the day, mid day or before they close at 7 PM! Reporting their refusal to correct their own errors and omissions to the government may be the only way to get your medical records! Certainly the TriStar Hospitals need to reconsider the company they are contracting our medical records to. I am choosing to report it to the Federal government over their repeated violations.
