Joshua was very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I don’t like being chased, pressured or followed when shopping and Joshua didn’t do to us. Joshua introduced himself and offered any help we needed after we looked around. When we selected the furniture we liked we then went back to Joshua with our questions. He explained everything we asked him about the furniture and didn’t push anything on us, he made suggestions and showed us different possibilities from what we told him we were looking for. We created a cart with what we liked and told him we will be back the next day. We did go back the next day and Joshua again took the time to go over everything to ensure we were purchasing exactly what we liked at the best value. We looked at furniture in many different stores and spoke with many different sales people but we found the quality of furniture priced right and service at City Furniture to be excellent. We recommend City Furniture to everyone

Our salesperson, Erika was excellent and extremely helpful with our furniture selection. She went above and beyond to make sure we're content and comfortable. She also had great knowledge in blending furniture and decor for the best result. My wife and I would recommend the store and Erika to any customer looking for a new look!

Olivia at Ashley is an "outstanding" sales associate at Ashley Furniture!! She has a flair for design and helped us select the best pieces for our new villa. She and I have similar taste but her knowledge of the product is what sets her apart from her fellow associates. Also, she can walk in the store right to the piece of furniture she is describing as she seems to know the inventory! I would strongly recommend her to my friends and family.

Golden Gate Flower & Gift Shop
If I could give this business zero stars I would. The florist called me today Valentine's Day and was unable to find the address for delivery. I gave them directions it is a large shopping area with two phone numbers the businesses phone number and cell phone number . He told me that he was charging me another 10.00 for delivery. I said I wouldn't agree to that . He said I would need to speak to the owner , but only if I spoke Spanish. I which I don't so I asked for the manager which he said was himself the owners son. I said well I don't know what to tell you as a business I would think your drivers should know one of the biggest shopping centers in Naples FL. He told me this wasn't worth it to him and HUNG UP ON ME! Unbelievable no one should ever use this shop.

9/1/15 purchased a sofa at the Arhaus Naples. Was to be shipped within 6 weeks. Arrived 12/23/15. Immediately noticed the chaise cushion did not sit properly. Distinct slope towards the arm, leaving the user to slide sideways. Contacted salesperson & was told to call client services. CS arranged for an independent furniture service to determine if the sofa was damaged. Contractor called me within 4 days. He spent a half hour pounding the cushion, viewed it with a level and informed me the cushion springs were collapsed.Told Arhaus would contact me within 5 days. Two weeks later, no call. Contacted them, explained the situation to unsympathetic employee who in a bored voice informed me that because the structure was sound wasn't certain she could do anything. Reminded her the issue had been reported within 2 week grace period & what about the warranty on this $5,000 sofa. She said she might consider replacing the cushion.Still do not have a replacement cushion as of 1/16. Service?

This is for the location that just opened on Immokalee Road and Tamiami Trail, which for some reason is not showing up on Google Maps.I could not find anything I wanted. When I asked employees where things were, they listed 5 different places to find any given item...in places that make no sense. At least they were pleasant & helpful.I would say I wouldn't mind the chaotic aisles because everything is super cheap there, but you get what you pay for here...poor quality, scuffs and rips on furniture, damaged glasses, and rips on towels. And if you think you can get a discount on the damaged items, they "just don't do it". I would suggest elsewhere to get what you need, just too big a headache to be worth it. It's worth the extra money to get good quality, service, and convenience at Bed Bath & Beyond instead.
