In September , 2015 I purchased over 2k worth of new merchandise. In my sales order was touch up paint for dining room buffet table clearly mark and spelled out that I purchased from Ashley prior in 2013. I never got the paint with my delivery and when I called, I was told that the warehouse manger said these special orders can take up to 3 months.. This happened on 3 occasions in 2015. Then, in October , 2015 I spoke with a Denise and she said she would get back to me. She did and left me a v/m , which I still have stating that the store manager was getting it for me that week. That was 7 months ago and I called again 3-4 times , spoke with her and also left messages for her to advise me of the status. If I ran my bank like this ( which I was the past president of ) it would go out of business in no time due to very poor service, customer service and name recognition.Can Corporate please look into this really bad performance from this Myrtle Beach, SC store and get my paint please !T J H
