I had my car towed to Price's in Murfreesboro, TN 11/4/15 after an event with 2 Kamikaze deer that ran into my car. I was told when I first called that they would call me the car arrived on their lot. No call received. I went to the Price's Collision Center location to sign the authorization form and was told I would get a call within the next 2 days with the estimate for the repairs and when to expect it to be ready. No call received. I called them yesterday, 11/9/15 and asked for the estimate and what the status of my car was. I was told they would have to call me back as their computer was down. Now it is the next day and no call received. Not a surprise at this point. I called them at 12:12PM and was told the person that could give this information had stepped out and they would call me back in 10 min. I advised of all the times they were going to "call me back" and in a week, it has not happened even once. She assured me she would call me back. Tick tock, Tick tock. At 12:41PM, I called them back. Had lengthy holds and apparent difficulties finding someone who had this information. Was told that "we have one of our guys going to the back of the shop to get the information". I finally got the information I requested but had to again ask for the estimate and hold. I told them I knew it had to be available as my insurance would have had to agree to it before they began working on it. Ugh! Why can't someone just do what they advertise they will do?

Last night after work I was in a pretty rough spot. See on December 19th, 2016 I was in a car accident. Through all of the frustration, I had been lost about the process for getting a new car. I had poor credit and no down payment.That's when I remembered the great experience that my wife and I had earlier in working with easy auto, From the moment I called I felt right at home. The representative was kind and knowledgable over the phone and able to calm my concerns. Thank the Lord for that. Later that day we went in to there location.We were greeted by Jim Lunsford. He was knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. I had explained that as an Uber Driver and full time employee for a company 15 miles from home, I needed a vehicle that was comfortable, roomy and as fuel efficient as possible.Jim not only found us 3 vehicles in our price range, with what we needed, but understood our needs and was attentive to our concerns. Bought a new Honda early 2013,Sales person was very good to deal with.Even though I brought a check from my Credit union, the person the does all the paperwork said it was not right and tore it up. They then redid my loan with my same credit union. When I talked to my credit union representative, they told me that I had been flipped. Something that I have been told benefits the dealership. I went back to my credit union and they had to close my original line of credit for the check I took to the dealership. Close the loan that the dealership made with them at a higher payment for same terms, and then give me a new loan at the original rates that they set up for me originally. If it sounds like a lot of trouble , it was. Also my deal with the salesperson , included factory Hondacare extended warranty, but the person doing the paperwork tried to sneak in a warranty from a third party without telling me. they agreed to the Hondacare only when I threatened to walk out. Overall my experience with the salesperson was great, price for the car was very competitive, but dealing with the rest of the dealership was a disappointment

I have a 2008 Toyota RAV4 that I bought from a small dealership in Gallatin but the abs and brake light came on. When I took it to the vehicle inspection it did not pass. I took it to the dealership specifically Toyota of Murfreesboro they told me that the switch brake sensor had to be replaced. After they replace the switch sensor the light was still on, then they told me that they were going to diagnose some more which they don't know what exactly cost it which is going to cost me even more. The dealership didn't even know what's wrong with the electrical system. I had shod do the diagnostic. The guy's been few hours working on trial and error without charging me until he got it pass and he fixed the electrical system. He'll emanated all the warning lights. I took my car to the vehicle inspection and it passed. I did not have to pay an arm and a leg at the dealership. Up to this point my car still running smooth and perfect. I'm very happy with the service. This mobile mechanic did an excellent job on my car. I would recommend it him to anyone. Excellent service.

My father was the first to take my grandmothers Honda Civic, to Patterson Automotive, when she had a wreck. They also gave my father and I a ride home. They took care of her car within two weeks, a very timely manner. Later that year, my dad's truck was in need of repair for a hit and run, and Bryan took care of all dealings with insurance and repairs needs. Also my uncle had car problems and they drove the wrecker to Michigan to pick it up, brought it back here to fix. So I knew when it was my turn to have my car needs met, I knew where to take it. After a recall on my vehicle and took it to the dealership, I was disappointed when Reddell Honda could not fix my problem, so I drove straight to Patterson Automotive and they fixed it. When they had relocated, they gave a courtesy call to let us know where they were located. My family has always had great dealings with them, and this company knows how to take care of all our car needs for over 20 years with my family. When time for my children to have vehicles, will send them to here!

Took my car in to have some hail damage repaired. They said it would take 3 days.. it took 5. I had to call them on day 4 to get the status of my car. Car went in with almost 1/2 tank of gas, got it back running on fumes. I look at the paperwork, and they drove almost 200 miles. I asked why and they told me that they take hail damage to a 3rd party who is in Nashville. I was NEVER informed of this. Left a message for the General Manager in the Brentwood office with my complaint. Took him 3 days to call back. He said he'd call the shop to see how my demenor was before he'd deal with me. Another week passes and I hear nothing. I call back and was told the Murfreesboro shop was supposed to handle it. Well after 3 weeks they gave me a check for 1/2 a tank of gas. Price was also $500 more than quoted and they couldn't explain why, since it was a "paintless repair" and no parts were needed. I had to pay it or not have a car. If you want HONEST work done, stay away from this place.

I met George and Bryan a little while back and talked about having them work on my 1976 Camaro. Bryan took his roll back to Chattanooga TN to pickup my car as it was not running. They quickly diagnosed the problem gave me a quote and got my car running after sitting for 8 months. The price was very reasonable, the work was done quickly and thoroughly. I was so pleased with there work and we have discussed a restoration project in the future as soon as money is allowed. While in their shop I had the chance to see some restorations in process. The precise attention to detail on these projects are beyond belief. I am greatful to have found a repair shop that I know is reputable honest and not concerned about bilking me out of my money. George and Bryan are not only professional, but honest and dependable. I look forward to many years of George and Bryan taking care of my cars and cannot wait for the next phase of the restoration process on my 1976 Camaro. Thanks guys!

Let me first start off by saying THANK YOU to George Patterson and Bryan Patterson. I initially took my car to Budget Brakes in order to get my brakes checked and fixed. After I was given an absolutely ridiculous estimate, I took my car to Patterson Automotive. Not only did they charge me half of what Budget Brakes was trying to charge me, they were much more friendly, professional and personable! The Patterson's even informed me of how Budget Brakes' negligence jeopardized my safety as well as the integrity of my car. I was informed that my wheel was not securely tightened or fastened after Budget Brakes had inspected my car and I had almost lost my wheel while I was driving. THANK YOU Patterson Automotive for taking WONDERFUL care of my car as well as ensuring my safety by doing thorough work on my car and not rushing in order to get me out of the door! You now have a customer for life! :)

I found working with this small shopto be a wonderful experience. I had originally taken my car to a different mechanic and was told that I needed front and back brakes as well as rotors and a few other minor things. I was hesitant about putting rotors on as my car didn't have many miles on it and I am on a tight budget. Rick (the shop owner) told me that I only needed front brakes, and no rotors. While I was going to need back brakes within a year, they were not a priority. He prioritized everything I would need and also pointed out what upcoming maintenance would be helpful. I did not feel pressured to do anything immediately and he helped me come up with a maintenance plan that I could gradually do without breaking the bank all in one fail swoop. I won't go anywhere else!

I bought a car with Mid-Town Motor Cars back in 2014 and will be paying off next month.. lets just say I WILL be buying my next vehicle with them! Lewey is a really awesome and honest man, his employees have always been good to me.. ESPECIALLY KRISTEN, she is my favorite lol.. (jk if Melinda sees this). Even though its a used car lot and you never know what you are getting, I trusted them and they took good care of me. Therefore, I will trust them with my next purchase. I suggest anyone to them! & not sure what the girl below is talking about.. never had problems out of my vehicle but as far as I know, they are always helping people out.
