I struggled to write this review as I think highly of the owner. Clinicians are qualified and caring. The problem, I believe, is with one member of the support team. She's rude, unprofessional, and over-steps her scope. It is 50-50 on wait times past your appointment, it is very clean, depending on who answers the phone (and the mood the woman is in) it will be a friendly-helpful encounter or not. Twice I had refill prescriptions called in wrong...and I mean the wrong medication was called in--one medication I don't even take and they had never prescribed for me; the second is a supplement that I DO take, but I can get in the vitamin shop. The first I called and had them correct the mistake (which they never corrected in my records...so there's that), the second time, I just let it go and have found another physician. Hate it though; I found Dr. Hicks and Dr. Tessier to be fine clinicians--but I won't allow one Medical Assistant to endanger my health any further...not to mention treat me like she's doing ME a favor~

I love this clinic , great caring staff who seem to care about you more than money/ insurance which is a rare find , I have found a jewel as far as a place for all my medical needs and they are Christian based , love the scriptures on the wall . The only place I have ever walked in and have not ever had to wait more than 10 minutes max !

E&R Urgent Care
I went to the clinic feeling like I had the flu. The team checked me in and got to me immediately. The staff were very professional and cared about my issues. Luckily they diagnosed my illness as a sinus infection and prescribed me the appropriate medication. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is such an awesome place for care! Dr. Ron, the staff and the owners are the real caring staff that used to exist in the past. They pay attention, ask questions and there is no rushing you out the door! Highly recommend this clinic!!!
Tips & Advices
Under most health insurance plans, urgent care visits will require a copay that is usually less expensive than emergency room visits, but more expensive than standard doctor visits - around $120 on average. Urgent care staff do not have much information regarding individual coverage, so be prepared and check with your insurance provider to understand costs.
It is common for urgent care physicians to recommend follow-up treatment after an initial visit. Most commonly, patients will be asked to return to the clinic or their primary care doctor if symptoms get worse or do not improve in a certain amount of time. Patients might be referred to a specialist for treatment of more complex conditions. Or patients may simply be given a few basic tips for recovering at home. In any case, patients should follow the doctor’s advice regarding next treatment steps.
If needed, urgent care doctors can prescribe medication to treat conditions. This may include antibiotics for an infection or pain medication for a broken bone. Be sure to follow the doctor’s instructions for taking these medicines.
Be sure to explain your symptoms to physicians in as much detail as possible. Note when or where the symptoms first appeared if possible. Inform urgent care staff of any medical conditions you may have, all allergies, and all medications you are currently taking. Also be sure to bring proper forms of identification, and any health insurance cards/information to help process your visit.
You should be able to find a 24-hour urgent care clinic by searching online resources such as yellowpages.com. Be sure the location is included in your health plan network before visiting.
