Water Shapes Inc
Disappointing is right. This company overpromises and underdelivers. 0 communication. Have not seen the owner in months and he does not return phone calls. Workers show up randomly, if at all. Project has no organization and there have been multiple big mistakes. Supposed to start in January. Did not break ground until March. No sign of completing in sight although they show up regularly for their payments as if they are at the point shown on the schedule. We pay and then weeks pass waiting for work to pick up. A very big, costly mess!

The service we had from Daniel was great. My wife and I had a rather unpleasant experience at a lower middle Tennessee dealer last weekend. Wholesale Inc. was the polar opposite of that dealership. I never had any trust issues with Daniel and I commend his professionalism. My nine year old son said the dealership reminded him of a luxury hotel. Our credit union sent the wrong figures so we a delay. They bought us lunch. I highly recommend Wholesale Inc. because of their service and inventory.

B2B Relationship is worst, their internal ratings are horrible and they are always late for payment! They were 12 days late and once pushed to pay they tried to stop working with us! We then blacklisted their company in our system. Try to avoid scammers...

American Family Care
I went to this place in January after a bad fall , the doctor told me my humerus was broke but that radiologist would call later and confirm this , they called and said it was not broke , they gave me a sling to put o. My arm and told me to get out of it in three days , well I did and I have been working my arm since then to get it better. I still can't get my hand above my chest . I went to a orthopedic doctor 2 months later and was told my shoulder is broke and I may possible be having surgery. This place misdiagnosis BIG TIME , trust me pay the extra and go to the emergency room , not worth gambling your health at this place .

Tri Star Summit Imaging
Seems state-of-the-art, but don't get a mammogram here if you have large breasts. Their new-fangled machine can't take the photos and you'll have to pay for other diagnostics out of pocket and they're not cheap.

Doug Myhand Construction
I recently moved into a house built by Doug Myhand Construction. The house was built in 2009. I can tell you the construction of this home is average at best. One room is 1/2in out of level in 6 ft. The floors have multiple high and low spots also. This is due to the builder not taking the time to crown the floor joists. Multiple little things where the builder didn't take the time to make it right. I'd try another builder in Middle TN if I were looking to have a new home built.

Goddard Construction Company
WARNING!!! This company is price gouging!!! We had them price a small bathroom remodel and they came in over twice as much as other people we checked with. The only thing positive I can say about them is that they do answer their phone and setting up an estimate with them was very fast... but I guess I would answer the phone quickly too if I was making that much money doing minor remodeling. When confronted, they don't deny that their prices are higher than other contractors .... their excuse for being so expensive is that they do quality work and that they are insured...Stay away from these guys...

American Family Care
I had the most traumatic doctors office experience of my life at this clinic. I had a cyst that needed to be drained in a very painful area. I had come into the office already having major anxiety and the doctor only made it worse by refusing to look at me when he talked and choosing to only address my husband even though I was the patient. He then went on to preform the procedure knowing he didn't have the right kind of lidocaine (he even got onto the nurse for throwing the expired ones away saying nothing actually goes bad) I have a relatively high pain tolerance but I was screaming on the table from to much pain. He was so rough and kept telling me I was fine when I was very obviously not. The lidocaine he used didn't work and I felt everything. I left the office sobbing and feeling very violated. This happened a few months ago and sadly it's still something I try to avoid thinking about because of the trauma is caused. I would not recommend visiting this clinic.
Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
