Dun-Rite Garage Door Service
We previously had Aaron's Garage Door out to fix a broken spring a few years back. Thankfully they placed a little sticker next to our opener so we remembered who serviced it last time. Yesterday, our door broke. Some of the pins were worn and were causing the door to get stuck and warp the railing. Eli with Aaron's Garage Door showed up within the promised window of time. He was very friendly and pleasant, even with our small children who were curious about this giant man there to fix the garage door. In no time, Eli had replaced the faulty pins with new vinyl-coated ones (extra quiet compared to bare metal ones!), and adjusted the railings/tracks to make sure the door opened and closed smoothly. He tested it out several times to ensure all was well. Best of all, the price was very competitive and within budget. I'd happily recommend Aaron's Garage Door Service to anyone!

Very good. Aaron's Garage Door Service just did a great job for me. They replaced rollers in my garage doors, put in new silent rollers, serviced the garage door opener unit, and checked all that out. It went very well. They were very prompt and everything got done on time. Basically, they were very courteous and told me what they were going to do. They took care of the service properly.

I called Aaron and he quoted me a price and it was far less than his competitors. They were going to charge me $29 to come out and $100 for a $5 part. So I called Aaron back and made an appointment for the next morning. He called and was there when he said he would be. He fixed the door and told me about maintenance that I needed to do on the door. Fast, Prompt, and Fair pricing!

Excellent experience with a professional service. This was my first experience using Aaron's Garage Door Service. They were very upfront when they came out to assess the door. They told me what to buy and what not to buy. They didn't try to up-sell me at all. They were very, very honest. The experience was super in every way. It was the easiest thing I'd ever done.

Outstanding Customer Service. I had a door that was damaged from a vehicle. I sent a repair request in at 7:30 monday morning. Aaron came to my home, inspected the repair and provided a quote. The crew was there immediately to do the repair. The level of service was outstanding. The repair was just what I needed and nothing more. I would recommend to anyone.

I called Aaron after moving into a home in metro nashville. Weather stripping was in horrid condition. They came out the next day and even had the extra auto garage door key pad opener I had forgot to mention. Made sure both my doors were programmed and working before they left, prompt and reasonable. Would highly recommend.

A seamless process. The whole process with Aaron's Garage Door Service was nice. Aaron came right out that day and gave me an estimate and told me what he thought, which was what I wanted to hear. I scheduled and paid for it right there. The guy who installed everything was also very nice and polite and so on. It was easy.

Excellent. They came out when they said they would, and quickly fixed my garage door. They found a hinge that was about to come off, and repaired it. They replaced my old wheels with new nylon wheels, and silenced my squeeking door. My garage door works like new! I'm VERY happy with their service. I will use them again.

Aaron arrived at our home to make a repair to the garage door at exactly the time he stated. He was courteous, and the repair job was great! And the cost was very reasonable. We would recommend him to anyone who needs a new door, opener or a repair on a garage door.

The people at Aaron's Garage Door Services were honest, fair, and efficient. I needed them to repair a broken spring that was preventing my door from opening and closing, as well as install an opener. Both of these things were done quickly and just fine!
Tips & Advices
Monthly, carefully observe the door as you open and close it. If you hear or see anything unusual, take a closer look. The regular motion could loosen up some of the hardware, so take a few minutes to tighten everything up. Also, be sure that tracks, tires, and other moving parts are lubricated. If your door is painted, make sure it isn't chipped or peeling. Deteriorating paint on a wooden door could let moisture in, which leads to warped doors, while a steel door could rust.
On average, a new garage door installation will cost around $1,000. Most homeowners end up paying somewhere between $740 and $1,400, including the installation and the door itself.
It depends. For someone who tackles home improvement projects, installing a garage door might be a viable do-it-yourself project. An experienced wood or metal worker can install with the right materials, tools, and knowledge. Someone less experienced should contact a professional. Depending on the size, a door could weigh as much as 200 pounds, though some smaller or uninsulated ones could be less than 100 pounds.
If you begin to notice this around a change in seasons, check the lubricant on the tracks. Weather patterns will affect lubricant's effectiveness. Dirt or debris on the tracks could also be the cause; make sure they're clear and clean. If the tracks look fine, make sure the doors are hung evenly.
It could mean your tracks are either dented, falling, or otherwise misaligned. Misaligned or damaged tracks can cause the door to cease working or fall off its tracks. If your door is stuck, slanted, or looks unstable, call a professional who will have the right tools to fix the problem.
