Mobiletech Automotive Repair
Last week, my son had a sticking rear brake that got so hot he could smell it burning. He took the car to a shop, and they said it needed repairs of $800! I told him to bring the car to my house, and I would call Mobiletech. Long story short, the car DID NOT NEED new calipers, rotors, or pads, and Jim fixed it for $109 - didn't even charge for returning the unneeded parts! Now about Derek B.'s piece of crap review – it irks me to no end to see reviews like this that are so obviously cheap shots from competitors! I’m in a totally unrelated business that depends heavily on reviews, so I know the games people play. Thankfully our customer reviews come through a site that can authenticate whether a person has really been one of my customers—NOT a competitor trying to discredit my company. All I know is that Jim at Mobiletech has personally saved me over $1,200 on 3 repair visits he has made to my house, and he has now saved my son nearly $700. And, he has never ever done or said anything that was less than professional, and he has been 110% totally honest about what was wrong with our cars. When you see a review like the Derick B review, while all other reviews of a business are 5 star, it doesn’t take a genius to see that this doesn’t add up. If I were Mobiletech I’d have my attorney subpoena the IP address of that review, and sue the heck out of them for slander and damages!

Brentwood Auto Brokers
Honest people willing to do whatever necessary to help a person in need. I went through a lengthy divorce that had severe impact on my credit and knew I would have hard time getting financing for my next vehicle. I also knew not to go to any of the Buy Here, Pay Here lots as I'd been told those lots have most sketchy cars and highest prices. So I was discouraged and stressed just thinking about where to go and not get taken advantage of. A friend of mine recommended calling Brentwood Auto Brokers because he had heard good things about the place and so I did. People there did, indeed, help me out and were very supportive, caring and attentive throughout the process. My rate did end up being on the higher side, but I got a simple interest, no pre-payment penalty loan on a clean title car that I was able to insure and buy warranty for. Even as things change in my life creditwise, I don't think I will be going anywhere but Brentwood Auto Brokers for all my cars in the future. I just wish I remembered the names of the girls who helped me, as they truly were sweethearts!

Mobiletech Automotive Repair
A NOTE FROM THE OWNER: Im Jim Bennett and the owner of Mobiletech Automotive Repair in Mount Juliet. In November of 2014 we transitioned from a mobile based repair service to our current full service location on the corner of West Division St and North Mount Juliet Rd. We no longer offer mobile repairs, but do offer deeply discounted towing to our facility. This move from a mobile service to a garage has given us the opportunity to vastly expand our available services and offer them to our customers. I do understand the convenience the mobile service provided, but the time and opportunity came together to purchase this building and evolve the company into a friendly and pleasant place for all your auto repair needs. Our expansion and growth has allowed us to also offer Autobody and paint services, as well as a full line of mechanical repairs you can depend on. I want to thank my loyal customers and friends who continue to use Mobiletech Automotive Repair for all of their car repair needs!

A+ Automotive Repair & Towing
The wife and I were traveling home (Johnson City, TN) from NE Mississippi. On the east side of Memphis I started having issues. I nursed it along hoping I could make it home. The issue just got worse. I stopped by advance auto in Mt Juliet and purchased the fuel filters for my 05 Ford F-350 (Power stroke). I mentioned to the guy that I was hoping I could make it home because I really didn't want to change it on the side of I-40. Me mentioned that A Plus was open and just down the road.I road down there and sure enough they were open. The jumped on the issue and I was back up and running in no time. The took me back and showed me the issues and gave me suggestions on how to keep the 6.0 running in great condition. If you live in this area or are coming through and need your vehicle checked out, I have no problem suggesting this company. Professional, polite and gets the job done.

Mobiletech Automotive Repair
This is a great service! A mechanic that came to my work and fixed an axle on my Honda. I was driving from Brentwood to Nashville and heard a clicking when I turned. I looked on line for a mechanic near my job and Mobiletech1's profile came up. I never imagined that there even was a service like this. They have vans with everything they need AND the accept credit cards! Abso lutely amazing. I met them down stairs and gave them my keys and less than an hour later they were done! I didnt miss work or have any problems with the repair! These guys do it all and just 65 an hour on repairs! I am sold on these guys!!!! Thank you soooo much

Mobiletech Automotive Repair
My daughter's Mini Cooper broke down in Nashville this weekend and she was 10 hours away from home. She called distraught after a "corporate auto service" center told her it needed $1,600 in repairs. I suggest she look for a second opinion and this very thankful father is thrilled that she found Jim. He calmed her nerves over the weekend and actually got her car up and running for much less. Jim, I suspect you might be a father yourself and from one Dad to another, mad-respect and thanks for being a stand-up guy in a business that, more often than not, takes advantage of a distraught college girl.

Conder's Automotive
Called for price to replace clutch and to replace the sending fuel gauge sending. Kyle was very professional as was Bruce. They called me back with an estimate of parts and labor. My car is a 79 Jeep CJ7. This is a restoration project. They did the work in a timely fashion and were right on target with the estimate. They did not try to sell me things I did not need and actually told me I needed to do some brake work. It is very refreshing to find good honest people in the repair business. Thanks guys for a job well done.

A+ Automotive Repair & Towing
I have taken several cars (a Toyota & Mazda) to this shop during the last few years and have been very pleased with the results each time. They have given me options with each repair, tried to save me money when they could, and gone above and beyond what I asked them to do. They provide exceptional service and I will continue to give them business. Highly recommend them if you need trustworthy repairs.

So glad I heard about these guys. Professional, honest and skilled, they still take time to help me understand what's going on with my cars. I have dealt with Conders often over several years and they always do a great job looking for ways to save me money and avoid problems. When I go to them, I know they'll do what needs to be done at a good price and NOT add on a hundred things I don't really need.

Brentwood Auto Brokers
My wife and I had wonderful experience with folks at Brentwood Auto Brokers. Not only were their prices better than most other dealers'in the area, but so was the quality of the cars. We won't hesitate to reach out to them first when in the market for another car in the future.
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
