NAPA Auto Parts
The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Napa or any other auto parts shop. They lied to my face and then on my second trip to the store (to get a battery core fee) I asked the same employee why he lied to me about not accepting the Napa member discount card when I saw they were a participating store on their web site, and he just told me it wasn't my card. That's weird because I received my card from my local Napa store years ago. The employee also appeared bothered to even help me. Instead of trying to understand this employees hatred of my business and even being in the store, I will just shop elsewhere.

Penn Shop Automotive
Have had work done there several times. Had various engine parts powder coated, have had welding and exhaust work done, and some diagnostics as well. Fair prices and quick turn around. Have made several referrals to friends to go there. Have always been pleased with the work performed and will be going back for some more powder coating.
Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
