New Star Motel
Well, this is a well kept, small motel on the historic 395 road with nostalgia to the 1950s. (Think route 66). The carpet in my room was fancy and the bed was more of what you would expect in a home. I stayed two nights and can say that it was very quiet and peaceful. No bad elements. I paid $70/night for a deluxe room. I guess you get what you pay for: I initially stayed at the chain motel around the corner at $60/night in an apparently more developed area, but I definitely prefer this one and would stay again. The manager also is nice and speaks English.

Motel 6
If there was a zero star or negative this place would get just that. I am extremely appalled at the room I got. Blood stains under the wall AC and ceiling. Tried to cover it with a plastic bag and it was sticky. The lamp shade is filthy. The bed sheets had holes in em from cigarettes. Dirty, filthy, appalling, sickening looking. Looked like somebody got killed in this room. Disturbing, scary looking will never sleep here again. Walls are just the filthiest I ever seen. Hotel woman refused to change my room because I undid the covers to check it. I am just extremely disappointed and appalled. I wanted to vomit. So disgusting.

Motel 6
Do not stay in this hotel. Even though the price is cheap, it's not worth the bed bug bites and spider bites. I got sick from the spider bites. I had to check out the next morning and didn't sleep at all due to the bites.

Just a moment...
