Cambria Cars
Honesty and integrity is what I would say about my experience. Purchased a Forester from Ronnie at Cambria Cars. Within a few days there was an issue with the timing belt that had been replaced. Immediately I called Ronnie he didn't hesitate to ask if I wanted my mechanic to make any repairs needed or if I would allow him to have the vehicle picked up and his mechanic fix the issue; either way repairs would be done at NO COST to me. WOW think about this what used dealership would go this far to ensure satisfaction of a customer. To top that off they provided me a vehicle to drive during this entire process. He kept me in the loop with what had happened and what they were doing to make it right. He provided me a warranty on repairs done in order to give me peace of mind. I am TOTALLY SATISFIED with this dealership and my purchase I HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you Ronnie for providing me with a great experience on my purchase you have shown me along with everyone I know that TRUST is still evident in working with your dealership.

Carolina Auto Direct
Absolutely the smoothest, most pleasant vehicle purchase I have ever experienced. James was extremely prompt in responding to my out-of-state inquiry and follow-up communications. He offered a fair and reasonable price for my trade. I knew what I wanted, found it at Carolina Auto Direct and James made the deal happen. Truly a no haggle, no pressure transaction including the Extended Warranty which I subsequently purchased for my new lifted 2015 Ford F-350 4x4 diesel. It was no more complicated than that. I highly recommend Carolina Auto Direct. Give James a call and buy with confidence!

I bought a Saab from this dealer. This was the best deal i found within 200 miles from my home so i drove an hour to view the car. He allowed me to take the car anywhere of my choice to check the car out. It was just as he promised that the car was in good shape. Still even now when others see the excellent shape its in they ask me where i got it and how much i purchased it for. I received my tag from the dealer in a timely manner and its difficult to satisfy me when im spending money but i am more than satisfied! Thank u again!

Cambria Cars
This is an amazing locally owned business! I have purchased my last two cars from them and they always went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy. The pricing has been fair both times and, the cars have been exactly as Danny described them over the phone. If you are in the market for an excellent used car this is the BEST place to go! I will definitely return for my next purchase.

Lee Family Motors
Lee Family Motors was wonderful. My husband and I bought a Trailblazer from them about six months ago. We have been so happy with it. We came in with a difficult request (family car with low mileage and at a pretty low cost). Brian and his team met our requests and really made us feel like they were interested in our needs, not just selling cars and making a profit. Thank you so much!

American Automotive Group
I highly recommend this lot. Jim was great a great pleasure to work with and he helped me get the car I wanted for a really good price. He heard what I had to say and accommodated himself to my situation so that we could both walk away happy and satisfied. Not sure what's up with some of the lower ratings, but I highly recommend checking him out at least.

Taylor's Sport-N-Import Service Co.
Everyone was very kind and friendly. My car was taken care of in a timely manner. Was very satisfied with the service. I recently relocated here from Connecticut hoping to find a garage that would be able to help me with my foreign cars. I'm pleased to say I have found that with Taylors.
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
