Rob's Autoworks
I've been taking all of my Auto work to Rob's for years. Personal & Business vehicles, He does a Great job and very Experienced with all types of Vehicles, Car's to Semi's.. He is the Type of guy that would tell you the truth even if you don't really want to hear it. As for the the guy that posted the only bad review " I take it you must of not like what he told you" I was the one that recommended you to call Rob's and buy the Motor. I was there when you paid Rob. He sold you that very cheap. You took it to a machine shop "which is a friend of mine also"..(not Marine Mechanic) He builds HP motors yes. Rob was up front with you about the motor. You wanted the high performance Cam that he had for that motor, So he sold it to you for a cheap price. That same Cam is in a another friends boat down at the lake. Quote (You asked for a Block).. By the way Rob has never had a couch in his business. He has a place for customers to sit down while getting their cars worked on. Yes he does have magazine and was probably reading it after he took his lunch (Like Normal). By the way welcome to Boating. A person tries to help a friend out and this is the type of thing that happens. Nice..

Chris, tell the whole story. You beat on the hub assembly before bring it to me. I told you the knuckle would have to come off and go to the machine shop to be pressed out. Obviously you drove this till the parts welded themselves together. you wanted me to pay for the machine shop to press the bearing out.this is your vehicle why would I pay for your abuse.

Sheridan Automotive
Had my car to two different shops in town, had it for days and couldn't give me a straight answer on what was needed. Family friend suggested I call Sheridan Automotive, glad I did. They tested the computer system, called me with an estimate, it was a wire to a sensor. All good now!!Bob

Super honest shop. I drive all the way from fishers just because of the great service and price. Fixed my problem the same day and I did not get there until noon- Friday before a 3 day weekend too. Cost was ways below dealer. Trust me, this is where you want to go.

Tips & Advices
You should change your oil filter whenever you change your oil, that is, approximately every 7,500 miles.
A oil filter is a device that helps remove contaminants from motor oil as it passes through the engine. A pump pushed the oil through the filter where it is strained and goes back to the engine.
High-mileage oil contains special conditioners that are said to help prevent gaskets from drying out and thus preventing leaks. This can be beneficial to engines with many miles on them.
Synthetic oil costs more than conventional oil, but the price is offset by the need for less frequent oil changes due to the oil’s durability.
Tools needed to change your own oil include jack stands or ramps, a wrench, an oil filter wrench, an oil drip pan, funnel, replacement oil filter, and replacement oil.
