The doctor is wonderful! The telephone service is the worst I have ever encountered. If you are in the office, the customer service is ok.

Dr Juan Chung is a very caring Doctor. He is a Doctor that shows concern & spends time with his patients. He always listens & trys to get to the root of the problem. Because of this Doctor & taking time with me he pretty much saved my life. Because of him finding my heart problems & if had not showed so much concern & time getting to the root of my problem. I just might not be here today. He has always made me feel my life is his number one concern. Honestly I can say he cares about his patients.

I just left this office with concerns and symptoms of kidney issues. The doctor (or POS is more like it) that saw me came in the room and asked me what brought me in. Once i strt explaining my symptoms and concerns he told me he didnt have time to discuss my medical history just to tell him what i needed. When i tried to speak he spoke over me until i finally got up and walked out. My husband was there and heard it all. VERY VERY VERY RUDE DOCTOR!! BEWARE!!! Nasty nasty office.

R McCorvey DR
Dr. McCorvey has been my doctor since my first son was born in 2008. Back then he was a good doctor and he cared for his patients better. Recently within the last past 4 years he has two office locations in which he owns now, his office staff is VERY unprofessional. See, doctor McCorvey has shown his true colors he is senile and gives different info and talks in circles. See his office staff tried to bill me fraudulently knowing I had MEDICAID the whole time saying they did not offer it as a secondary insurance when they were filing claims under it. The office staff don't know what they are doing and they don't listen. Dr. Mccorvey told me not to come back to his office to the person who investigated their false claims against me. He yelled and said tell her don't come back to my office even though I did not have an issue mainly with him but with the wrong info his staff gave me. I will never come to him after 10 years of him being my doctor he does not listen and he is getting older and forgets everything he tells you. He will constantly ask you the same questions. BAD BUSINESS, stay away from here!!!!!

You don't want to waste your time by going this place. Never go this place for immigration physicals. They are so rude and unprofessional and you will be treated like an illegal migrant slave. One star is wasted on the rating. It's total of zilch.

I waited three weeks for an appointment. At my appointment I told them that I was new to the area and wanted to find a new doctor. The front desk staff told me I'd love the doctor but not love the wait time. They said the wait time was usually 2 or more hours. The building is old and all of the furnishings are old and run down. The front desk lady was hard of hearing and people yelled what was wrong with them to her. There were tacky signs everywhere saying they only don't do certain things on certain days. They are only open from 8am until 3pm so if you work, which I do you'd have to take off work to see them. I left without ever seeing the doctor. I found Eastside Urgent Care, it's open until 8pm and weekends plus it's new. Without an appointment my wait time was less than 15 min.
Tips & Advices
An osteopathic physician practices a comprehensive form of medicine that takes a holistic approach to a person's health. Instead of specializing in one system or set of organs, an osteopathic specialist focuses on the health of the total body. This includes evaluating environmental factors that affect a person's well-being.
Many family doctors deliver babies, especially in rural areas without a nearby OB/GYN. However, most family doctors only deliver for low-risk pregnancies and do not perform cesarean sections.
Family nurse practitioners are highly educated nurses able to provide medical care individually or with the assistance of another professional. Family nurse practitioners obtain a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and then take the National Council Licensure Examination to begin working as a registered nurse. Then, they continue their education and obtain a Master of Science in Nursing. Following that, they become certified in family practice via the American Nurses Credentialing Center of the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, allowing them to become certified family nurse practitioners.
Some family doctors provide immunizations while others do not. Typically, doctors who work as part of a large practice are more likely to offer vaccines in-house. Doctors in offices of one to two physicians are more likely to refer patients to a public health department or other immunization provider.
A physician's assistant is a person qualified to perform routine medical services. This individual is professionally licensed and certified, but they may not have the extensive med school education of a doctor. That said, PAs do complete almost three years of postgraduate study and more than 2,000 hours of rotations.
