Allied Fence Company
I contacted this company to come out and give me a quotation on installing a fence for around our company. The first time I called and scheduled an appointment. They never showed up for the appointment and I am thinking maybe something came up. The second time I contacted them the lady answered in a gruff tone. I explained that we had scheduled a meeting a couple of weeks ago and the lady I was supposed to meet with did not show up. She said, "they are not interested in doing business with your company." I am wondering how they are in business at all. Do not waste your time trying to work with these people. They are extremely unorganized and unprofessional.

Deck Masters
Check this company out on BBB!!!!!!! He has an "F" rating. He owes multiple families money including us. He will ask for money up front to buy materials and never come to do the work. He will refuse to answer his phone, text and emails. We are prepared to file charges and report this company to every agency we can. Randy Simonton, owner of the company, also claims to have an Ebay and Uhaul business in Elmore, Al. Please, don't be as stupid as us ---DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!

Deck Masters
Glad someone had a good experience with them. We didn't and they tried to tell us that another company had done a poor job and it wasn;t to code. That wasn't true. They will lie to get work and also the owner owed us money back and never gave it to us.Don't use them!

Tips & Advices
Homeowners should work with a fencing contractor who is certified by or a member of one or more trade organizations, including American Fence Association or the North American Fence Contractors Association.
If a contractor requires an immediate decision, asks you to pay cash or doesn't provide an estimate.
  • Ask for portfolio examples
  • What's their reputation?
  • Is the work guaranteed?
  • Is there a warranty?
With exposure to the sun and the elements, wood fences are prone to cracking, warping and cupping. homeowners are encouraged to clean, seal and stain their fence at least every three years. Clean the fence with a specially formulated cleaner. After 15 to 20 minutes, use a pressure washer to remove any mold, mildew and debris from the fence. Then seal and stain the fence to protect it. An oil stain is recommended, as it penetrates the material and can maintain its condition for years.
Homeowners may use soap and water to clean off these materials, but they generally don't require much more than that. These options can be good for those that want a sturdy but low-touch fence.
