YP - The Real Yellow PagesSM - helps you find the right local businesses to meet your specific needs. Search results are sorted by a combination of factors to give you a set of choices in response to your search criteria. These factors are similar to those you might use to determine which business to select from a local Yellow Pages directory, including proximity to where you are searching, expertise in the specific services or products you need, and comprehensive business information to help evaluate a business's suitability for you. “Preferred” listings, or those with featured website buttons, indicate YP advertisers who directly provide information about their businesses to help consumers make more informed buying decisions. YP advertisers receive higher placement in the default ordering of search results and may appear in sponsored listings on the top, side, or bottom of the search results page.

I have been searching & searching for the Sahara's famous Chicken Supreme since its closing. I've found it! It's my standing order here just as it was there, no need for a menu for me! Also tried the "steak roulade / mash potato" appetizer. Awesome! Pricey for 3 of them...but so yummy! Pub has upgraded since years back when in the Mtg Mall. Cozy, warm, with a touch of romance place, great food & so awesome to have a waitress with personality, knows the menu, gets your order right &... Keeps checking on you so you don't have to do the wave just to get a refill. Just wished they delivered or opened for lunch.

This addition to the already existing Alley Bar had good intentions, but the service is terrible, one minute you're enjoying your favorite cocktail including your favorite choice of liqueur, and suddenly...boom!!! Out of thin air, there are no more ingredients to make another drink which you were previously enjoying!!! High prices yield red solo cups (that is if you're lucky), and a young, undisciplined staff who's main concern is not customer service, but gathering at the end of the bar goofing off while patrons are lucky to get any service at all unless they yell from across the bar, or happen to tag a bus boy to get an order in. For the pinnacle service that one receives during every visit to the Alley Bar, The Aviator has a long ways to go if its owner expects a successful business. DO NOT sit at a table and expect service from the on duty servers, and DO expect leaving your cozy seat at the opposite end of the bar every time you need a refill of your favorite spirits. You should expect the best luck for service from the guys bringing out the glasses, as they seem to be the only ones running back and forth behind the bar. It has been my experience, and my recommendation to try to stop one of these guys in action, as they seem to be the only ones who make the journey from one end of the bar to the other as it seems their responsibilities include bringing out fresh glasses and the occasional check of liqueur levels. The definition of the "bar tender" has been redefined at The Aviator, seeing as one must go through the two step process of flagging down a bus boy to relay to the "bar tender" that a patron needs service, giving this new addition to the Alley Bar two big thumbs down! The decor is of exquisite taste, as there are endless festive decorations that follow the concept of the name of the bar, having models of old WWI and WWII hanging from the ceiling, rare old black and white photos of real pilots of that era, and even having a real canopy from one of these old aircraft, making at first site a fun and interesting establishment, but how can one enjoy all of these amenities without the outstanding service that we know and love about visiting The Alley Bar. I've given up on The Aviator, and I've just had to settle with Sous La Terre just a block from The Aviator. Make the visit to the Aviator if you dare, but be fair warned...you will be setting up your precious, well deserved day off from work up for disaster.

Nice setting with rude and unexposed help. Highly overpriced drinks and no sense of atmosphere. Just a place for want-to-be people to hang out and name drop. Do yourself a favor and don't come unless you have nothing else to do but through away money and appear important.

The food, service, and atmosphere here are awesome! I have been there numerous times during happy hours with friends and I have taken my entire family for dinner here--they have never disappointed me! Highly recommend the Reuben egg rolls, Sheperd's Pie, Reuben sandwich, Pub Burger and theFish & chips!

I am also from the north as well and I must say I was in town that same weekend. My family and I had a great time! The service was great and the drinks were excellent. The menu was limit to burgers, wings...etc however they were good and that is to be expected at a bar & grill. I also had a chance to meet champ he told me his real name as well but after hearing it champ was easier to remember. He gave us the lay of the land so to speak and I must say I was really impressed that Montgomery had a club of this caliber. It had to sides to it and it had an upstairs. There were dj's on both sides...who knew the south had a club like this...one side was more of a lounge side and the other was more of a club dance side. Both dj's were on point playing top 40's and a great mix of old school. The staff was very friendly and the bathrooms were very clean...even cleaner than some hotels I have stayed in. My family and I had a great time and I must say that's one of the few times we have stayed until the lights have come on! The kitchen was closed when were leaving but we were still hungry and champ ask the cook would they take our order & they graciously said yes. The 50/50 is a must stop if you are ever in downtown Montgomery, AL. Thank you to Champ and his fantastic staff!

i visited christmas night with my parents trying to find some place nice to take them because they were visiting. after an hour of sitting in the club at the bar buying drink after drink the security guard (white or asian) walks up to my father telling him he has to remove his nice brim hat. my father is up in age and he was being treated like he was a young gangster. he had no problem removing his hat if he was told that before we walked into the club but this gentleman approaches us hours later and talks down to my father i will never visit this club again. i thought this was a club of taste and class. we were forced to leave the club my father was very offended and he felt like he was being mistreated and picked on.
