    STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They will "bait and hook" you into believing that you will be able to purchase the vehicle from their inventory that you want; then show you the vehicle to increase your confidence that your credit is good enough to get the vehicle, having you thinking that you will get the vehicle that day while they run your credit through multiple financial institutions looking for what they phrase "the best terms". The sales associate will then leave you flustered as they send you home to wait for a phone call from their finance department. After a day or two with no phone call you try getting in contact with the sales associate you were working with, and he treats you like "YESTERDAYS NEWS" as he moves on to the next "UNSUSPECTING VICTIM". Then you look at your credit report after they inform you that they will work to find you "acceptable terms" and over fourteen inquiries appear on your report sending your otherwise good credit plummeting into fair or poor credit ratings. Stay away from these "SIRENS" with their "SILVERY TONGUES"!!!

  • Disingenuous

    I have been an all time Chrysler owner. I have had two Pt Cruiser before this one. After my last experience at this dealership this will be the last Chrysler I will never buy other Chrysler again. Five star dealership or not never again.

    I took my 2003 Chrysler Pt Cruiser when I experienced a loss of power, the week after the Fourth of July weekend. I ask them fix the issues and to change the oil. The dealership assured me it was a simple fix and they would have it repaired within one business day. It ended up taking over a week.

    After calling and complaining that I had to take a vacation day and that my wife did not have car to drive they finally gave me a rental car.

    Once the dealership called and told me my car was completed I went to pick it up. The next day I went out to the car to check the oil and to my surprise the work the dealership preformed was substandard. Ground wires were disconnected plug wire clip were broken off, wiring housing not put back over the wires to protect them. And the list goes on. Not the level of a five star dealership with ASE techs.

    They offer some mid computation, but not enough to make me change my mind. No wonder the US car manufactures have gone bankrupted.

  • Awesome deals!

    My fiance was looking for a new truck and was really specific about what he wanted. He had emailed a few different dealers closer to where we live but, they all played games and wouldn't do much on the email but wanted to talk on the phone with him. Twice we had people tell us they had what we wanted and a price only to get there and find out different.
    We were so happy when we went to Rairdons and they told us the truth! The internet person met us at the door and offered us a drink (and the bathroom since they knew it was a long trip).
    The truck was exactly what they had discussed and they had it washed/detailed and ready before we came so that it was quick and easy to buy it. The price was about $900 less than we could find anywhere else and I was so impressed with the service here. The only problem now is that he is being stationed overseas for up to six months so I will be driving the big truck myself but, it is fun to drive and it will remind me of my fiance while he is away.

  • Worst car dealer ever

    We went to Kirkland Rairdon's to test drive and buy a car. We were treated with disdain when talking with the ""manager"" . He would not give us a bottom line price for a vehicle nor show us the invoice. We actually knew what the invoice price was, but just checking how honest and trustworthy he is. What we found was that he bumped up price to almost $2K, compairing with what we got from other dealer, saying ""this is the best we can, sign it"" We were given the general immpression that he only care how much he make, but not customer satisfaction. Due to the attitude, we did not buy from this dealer.
