Very un-professional, I purchased two cars from this business for my college bound children. Each purchase I was over charged. They made several administrative mistakes which cost me more money at the DMV and the repair shop. I purchased a warranty on both vehicles. When I went to use it on the second purchase I was surprised to find out that it was not in affect becuase the dealer had not submitted the correct information to the warranty company. I ended up paying for the repairs out of pocket and the warrenty company cancellled the warrenty due to administravtive errors the dealer made. It took us seven days to get a refund on the warranty purchase because the staff always claimed that the owner was off taking care of personal business. When waitng for the dealer to pick up tags and registration they waited until two days before the temporary tag expired before they attempted to retrieve tags and registration. This cost me time and money because the car we purchsed was for a college student that goes to school in another state which meant the student was driving on expired tags becuase we had to send the tags in the mail after asking the dealer for tags day after day for two weeks. We had to chase them for a refund after the car warranty company refused to warrant the car. They are very unproffesional and the day staff always says its not their fault and they need to conact the onwer for further instructions. The owner always seems to be off taking care of personal business vice taking care of customers. I will not do business with this company again and I advise anyone who is in the market for a car not to do business with them as well.
