  • WORST SERVICE I'VE HAD IN YEARS

    First of all, it takes at least 3 weeks to get in there. Then once I got to my appointment, they had an assistant in training do my x-rays. It was her first time, and she had no regard for the pain it caused when she gave me paper cuts on my tongue and jammed sharp cardboard into my cheeks and gums. It took at least 45 minutes for her to do the x-rays! Then the dentist came, and she was very gentle, and very nice. She was fast and apologized when she had to do things she knew I would be sensitive to. Then, I needed to make an appointment for 4 extractions (my wisdom teeth), so 2 would be done in the office, and 2 would be referred to surgeon. The woman who sets appointments at this place (both over the phone and after your exam/cleaning) is possibly the rudest girl I've ever seen working in a direct customer service position. She did not acknowledge when I stood directly in front of her for several minutes. After that, she started telling me what the prices would be for the extractions, and when I asked her to clarify, she rolled her eyes and circled a number on a piece of paper. During our ENTIRE conversation she would not look up at me, and then she told me she didn't have time to give me a total price, or make an appointment, so she would call me later that day. I clarified my phone numbers again, and double-checked "You're going to call me before 3pm today?" and she said "YES". It seems, I'm sorry that I'm such a hassle for you!!! Well, to my shock and awe, that was well over a month ago and I never received a phone call. Obviously, I could have called back after a couple days to see why I had not received a call, and what was going on. But frankly, when it comes to my health, I'd rather play it safe, and take it somewhere higher class, where the people who work there WANT your business, look at you when they talk to you, and ANSWER your questions without acting like you just took a dump on their desk. It's my hard-earned money, my health and my life. I have a right to ask questions - and it's YOUR job to answer them in a curteous manner. Next time I go to an office, I'LL be the one with the sign that says, "Will Charge $20 if Met With Bad Attitude".
