The Bogan Law Firm
My husband had recently ran into some legal trouble and a friend of ours referred us to Zach Drivon who we later found out worked for Tai C. Bogan Law Offices. My husband and I never felt so satisfied, protected, and well represented in our experiences of dealing with the justice system. My husband was in jail facing 2-3 years with 3 felony charges followed by 5 years of formal probation not to mention his bail amount was $385k. At the first court date, Zach was able to significantly reduce bail to $25k and have the most threatening charge dropped. To make a long story short, Mr. Drivon was able to push his court date back so that he could be present for our first child's birth. He also managed to turn 2-3 years of jail time and a felony charge on his record into 90 days of AWP and a misdemeanor. He also negotiated 5 years of formal probation into 3 years of informal probation. Now my husband will remain out of jail and continue to help maintain our family and home. Mr. Drivon was very attentive to our needs and walked us through every step of the process. He made us feel comfortable at all times and was easy to communicate with. We were also able to work out an affordable payment plan with his law office, considering we had just purchased our first home and was expecting our first child. The staff at Tai C. Bogan Law Offices are all very friendly, helpful, and accommodating to our situation. For anyone in legal trouble, Zach Drivon will do anything in his power to make your legal situation right. He will go above and beyond to meet your expectations. We highly recommend Zach Drivon to be your next attorney!!

Due to circumstances beyond our control (as auto accidents often are), we found ourselves in the position of needing an attorney's help in guiding us through this confusing process. Christopher was not my first call as I sought representation, but he was my last call. As soon as we spoke, I knew that Christopher was the person we needed on our side. Christopher's expertise is apparent from the very first conversation. He has continuously worked hard on our case and is never too busy to speak directly to us. If I call his number, I know I can speak to him. He is also quick to reply to emails, even near holidays. We felt so lost after the auto accident and unsure of our future. Thanks to Christopher we are confident that everything will be okay. If you want someone who will work hard on your case and make you feel like it's as important to him as it is to you, call Christopher.

The Bogan Law Firm
The Bogan Law Firm is nothing short of professional. Easy to talk to and immediate feedback. These guys have your back. Associate Attorney Zach Drivon handles himself as if he's been practicing for more than twenty years! I was unbelievably impressed with my experience with this law firm. Not only would I use them again, but I would recommend their firm to anyone whose looking to win. They don't come off as those intimidating lawyers that are hard to talk to. They are straightforward, honest people and they have your back. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience. The Bogan Law Firm is the way to go!

Thomas Hogan Law Office
Tom Hogan is an exceptional attorney/CPA with a keen understanding of financial matters. I never expected to find an attorney as competent, caring and driven as Mr. Hogan. As soon as Tom took my case (after two other attorneys failed), he plowed through reams of financial and legal documents honing in on the critical pieces. Tom is a great listener and learner, with a fighter's spirit. I will be forever grateful to him. He is extremely smart, knowledgable, hard working, efficient, experienced, committed, ethical, and humble, too. My only regret is that I didn't find him sooner.

I was very skeptical when searching for an attorney to help me but after speaking with the staff, my fears were gone. There was absolutely no pressure in the sound advice I received and after the FREE consultation, I finally felt like I had options in a seemingly no win situation. Everyone was very professional, my situation was dealt with the way I chose. I highly recommend John Kyle's services to anyone feeling like their situation is hopeless because now my family and I can enjoy our lives without worrying about debt collectors or harassing phone calls anymore!

Mary Lynn Belsher Attorney At Law1
Mary Lynn Belsher has utmost integrity and she will give her life for you, she will fight to the death for you. She is not cheap, but you are paying for one of the best attorneys in California. Mary Lynn saved my life from lying district attorneys and unethical law enforcement. I wish all attorneys were all like Mary Lynn, it would make this world a much better place. I know a few people that tried to save money and have gone elsewhere after consulting with Mary Lynn and they ended up prison. I cannot recommend anybody higher than Mary Lynn Belsher.

The Bogan Law Firm
Excellent representation! Tai C. Bogan is a wonderful lawyer. From the first call I made, he was very informative and helpful. I am absolutely satisfied with the decision I made to hire Tai C. Bogan. He was able to get my (criminal defense) case dismissed. If you're looking for an honest and hard working lawyer that will fight for the best outcome in your case, then Mr. Bogan is definitely the person to go to. I'm very grateful for all of his help, and I recommend that you give him a call if you are in need of representation.

Law Offices of Mark Girdner
Mr. Girdner was not only highly qualified because of his status as a former deputy DA, but also because of how knowledgeable he was. He kept me informed through the whole process and was very professional considering the circumstances. I felt comfortable telling him everything and I really felt like he cared and listed to my concerns. When we needed an investigator, he was able to file a motion and get the court to approve funding by the County for my investigator when I was out of funds. I would highly recommend him to any!

Tips & Advices
When it comes time to choose a lawyer, you should start by searching close to home. If you do have attorneys you are familiar with, ask who they believe would be best for you. After going through personal references - especially from individuals who had similar needs - you should broaden your search through public information resources. You can call your area's attorney referral service or check legal organizations like Martindale-Hubbell. There are other resources available online, such as yellowpages.com. You can check websites for client reviews and other third-party forms of approval.
If you sign documents and you come across a word you don't recognize, or you need help to navigate important employment or real estate paperwork. Also, during times when personal matters intersect with legal proceedings, you might need to have an advocate to prevent your emotions from getting in the way. If you've been accused of a crime or are in a terrible financial situation, you can find an attorney who will work with what you have available.
When you hire a lawyer, you're agreeing to work with someone over a certain period of time. The more forthcoming the lawyer appears to be with individual needs, the better.
  • You need to ask questions about how the attorney will communicate with you and what responsibilities you hold in the relationship.
  • The attorney should let you know the best channel for quick communication and you need to inform him or her when you want updates.
  • You should also ask questions to get to know the attorney as an individual in order to ensure this is a person you can trust. Ask about their legal philosophy and how he or she views the lawyer/client relationship. Ask as how to keep fees down or what daily disruptions you should expect from a long legal battle.
You need to ask about every possible fee that will come up when working with an attorney. You should request a list of all costs in advance so you won't be surprised by additional expenses like overhead. Also determine exactly when you will start being billed. You want to inspect paperwork carefully. If the attorney charges you for his or her experience, you need to make sure he or she will perform tasks personally and not hand it off to an assistant. Find out if the attorney has a flat fee or charges by the hour. Many civil lawyers work on contingency. Make inquiries about how the lawyer plans to provide service for your money and what you can do if you start to feel unsatisfied with his or her performance.
You can ask how many similar cases they have handled and if they have special skills or training that applies specifically to your needs. Lawyers can't mention clients by name, but you should ask for basic details about identical past cases. You should check their office for the appropriate certifications and diplomas. You can also ask how long he or she has practiced law and request information that demonstrates the practice's success. Look for precise details such as percentage of cases settled out of court.
