Worthy Insurance Agency
Worst insurance company ever!!! Do not use them. They will change your policy in an effort not to cover you. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau concerning this company. I have also contacted other people to not recommend this company from their businesses because it makes them look bad. I hope enough bad word of mouth puts them out of business if they don't stop scamming. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Worthy Insurance Agency
Worthy Insurance Agency is exceptional! Everyone in the office is very friendly and ready to help with ANYTHING and answer ANY questions one might need about Insurance or their policy. I 100% recommend anyone, who needs Insurance or even just a Quote, to call Worthy Insurance Agency; the Agents are GREAT and Customer Service is too! They get quotes back quickly and are very helpful in understanding the quote/policy details if needed and are willing to work with anyone however they can.

Worthy Insurance Agency
Do not go to this agency for insurance. You will regret it. I had never had a bad experience with an insurance agent until I met Johnah Dismukes. They will not give your poilicy documentation and when you do get it, then it looks altered. Ask any questions and they immediately become rude and obnoxious. It reminds me of a schoolyard bully. I am in the process of filing a complaint against them with the Alabam Dept of Insurance. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS

Allison Horner - State Farm Insurance Agent
I have been with Allison Horner since I moved to Mobile over five years ago, in that time I have gotten married, moved twice, and had other life changes that required reviewing and considering new financial services. I find Allison and her staff to be a knowledgeable resource, always taking the time to make sure I understand all the options available. I also appreciate that while they educate and recommend services, they never make me feel like they are "selling" me something. I look forward to many more years as a customer of Allison Horner and State Farm.

Allison Horner - State Farm Insurance Agent
I am a real estate agent so I deal w/ many different insurance agents and companies. Allison and her team is one of the best I have dealt with. Allison is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly & honest. Insurance can be very confusing and overwhelming and she takes the time to explain all the options and help you decide what is best for you and your situation. I have my personal home as well as several rental houses insured through her. I have shopped around from time to time over the years and she always has the best rates!

Best Rate Insurance Agency
One of the things I liked the most overall about Best Rate Insurance is the price they gave me for coverage for my house. I was paying more than twice as much for my house insurance before I went to Patty, she couldn't believe it!

Best thing about Best Rate Insurance is the quality of service that they provide. I know that I can call her up with any question big or small, and they always have the answer.
Tips & Advices
There are many different providers and plan types, so  shopping for life insurance can be complicated. The first step involves understanding the type and amount of life insurance you need. From there, use online tools or contact local insurance agents to get quotes on rates and learn about how to apply.
The cost of a life insurance policy is determined by two things: the guaranteed benefit amount and the individual risk of the policyholder. The latter is more complicated, and includes many  factors, including health, age, and  occupation. As of May 2017, a 30-year-old woman purchasing a 20-year, $250,000 term life policy can expect to pay about $141 per year. For comparison, a 60-year-old woman purchasing the same policy can expect to pay $1,033 per year. Since women have longer life expectancy on average than men, the latter can expect to pay slightly more. The same 20-year, $250,000 term policy will cost a 30-year-old man $156 per year on average.
Certain specialized policies may provide income replacement in the event of disability, disease, or another situation where it may be impossible to work and medical expenses are high. One common alternative is known as an “accidental death and dismemberment” policy. AD&D policies work similarly to term life plans, but will only pay out death benefits when a fatality is caused by an accident, or if the policyholder loses a limb or the ability to see or hear. Death from a heart attack or cancer, for example, is usually not covered by AD&D, but these policies might offer lower premiums than a standard term plan.
Many adults with children choose to buy a term life plan that covers them from the birth of a child until they turn 18, which is often the most cost-effective way to insure against the risk of income loss from unexpected death. While it  is possible to save enough cash or invest to provide even more funds in case of such an emergency, investing is subject to more risk of loss than a life insurance plan, and accumulating enough savings to provide a sizeable safety net can be difficult.
Whole life and universal life plans are each considered a type of “permanent life insurance.” Universal life is often similar in concept to whole life, but offers more flexibility in premium payments and cash withdrawals. For example, you might be able to temporarily pause or reduce premium payments at any time under a universal policy. It’s also often possible to borrow from what you’ve already paid into the plan or against a guaranteed death benefit in the form of a loan.
