    Crawfish Heaven is run by a group of people with no regards to customer service. We arrived at the establishment at 8 pm and we put our names on the waiting list. We frequently checked back with the hostess and she informed us that we would be seated soon. Long story short we waited for 2 hours for a table and they told us that the kitchen is closed at 10 and that we would not be served. They handled the situation in an unprofessional manner by saying that we were guaranteed seats but no food because the kitchen closed. That statement makes no sense and I'm still perturbed about it. This was completely unacceptable and I will never go there again.

    So I want to first say, "I use to be a BIG supporter of Crawfish Heaven" I will no longer eat at this place and the manager "Jason" is the worst manager I've ever came across. I went to have dinner tonight and ordered my usual 1lbs crawfish with corn and potatoes. After waiting 10 minutes for my food, I opened my bag and took out one of the potatoes and it was soggy like a wet sock, so I looked passed that and began to eat the crawfish. I new something was wrong because the flavor and taste of the crawfish was off. The shell was hard like a rock (seem to be over cooked) and the crawfish were dirty. Not even 10 minutes after receiving my food I called the waiter back and told me about my food. So he told me, I'll call my manager (Jason) and let him come out to speak with you. Jason comes out and without even taking a second to find out what was wrong, he tells me "I'm not taking this off your bill" now I felt disrespected quickly because it seemed as if he was profiling me for trying to get out of paying for my meal. I quickly interrupted him and said "I'm not asking for a free meal" I came out to eat and this food isn't good. Usually a manager would ask a customer, "what can I do to help" or offer to bring something else out, but not "Jason" he just told me that there's nothing he's going to do because everyone else is enjoying their food so why am I not enjoying mine. I explained that everyone enjoys different things when eating and as a customer who's been coming to his place since they've been open I know what I like. Well I finally get him to just replace my order with some wings since I wanted to eat. Now I asked for my check and long behold I see that "Jason" still charges me for the crawfish which I never ate. I ask for him to come back so that I can have it removed since he was replacing my order for the wings. "Jason" comes out and tells me, no I'm still charging you. I refuse to pay for food that wasn't eaten and furthermore why should I if you offered to replace the order. "Jason" then tells me you don't know what my degree is in and that he's just going to take the charge off because he doesn't have time for me. Before I could say something, he also says while walking away "I will refuse your business for now on" and bands me from every eating their.

    I will boycott this place and do everything in my power to make other guest know that this company has no respect for paying customers. "Jason" was very disrespectful and tried to make me feel lessor than him. No one should ever go through something like this. I give this place two thumps down!!
