Signed up almost a year ago for service in Hamilton, and right out of the gate, we've had nothing but issues with speed. If you can live with 2 mbps down and 1 mbps up during peak times (4pm and later plus preactically all day on weekends) and don't mind paying for the 8 mbps they say you'll get then sign up! Even when the service is performing at its very best (when all the valley is sleeping), it's barely adequate for a single device in your house and will not support skype, facetime or streaming during the peak times.Service aside, the employees are very friendly and try hard to please. From what I've experienced, they have their hands tied so to speak. Shame on speedconnect managment for hanging its paying customers out to dry and then upgrading other areas to 40mbps and not providing contracted speeds in the lower demographic areas.

I will never be held hostage by a cable company again. I was new to the area and when Charter couldn't help me because I live in a rural location they recommended Speed Net and I have been so grateful for their services. Brad was fast and evident installing the service and then helped set up my electronics, Roku, computer and so on. The girls in the office Jen & Shelah are great and more like friends. Shane and Linda are great also. They are all a great working TEAM that makes it easy to work with them. I couldn't be happy with the services they provide. Love em!

The best internet service I have ever used. I run some small networks that use cable and DSL. Having worked with those, I knew I wanted something different for my home. I am over joyed with the service! My sister has just changed from DSL and can finally use her internet TV!
