STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY! He is a liar and a thief. He took my money and did not do what he said he would do. Just like a cockroach that runs and hides when you turn a light on he won't return calls or respond to emails. I will be contacting BBB. He saw an opportunity to take advantage of my desperate situation and ran with it. Horrible business man for a person who has been in business for 6 years. If you need his help be sure you check around first. Stay away from this guy.
After purchasing a used 2012 BMW 135i from Minot Automotive i ran into several issues the last owner left. MBM imports was able to schedule me in a timely manner to begin diagnostics. They kept me in the loop and transported me to and from my home when i needed to be picked up or dropped off. Furthermore, they dealt with my extended warranty company when parts need to be replaced and let me know what was happening every step of the way.This local company has amazing turn around service when parts need to be ordered( as fast as 26 hour turn around/ next day delivery). They also work around your schedule. I highly encourage that if you need servicing done to your import vehicle to give them a call first.PS concerning leaving your vehicle over night with them, i did NOT have issues with "missing equipment/valuables"
HAD MY DODGE RAM TRANSMISSION OVERHAULED IN 2009. SEVEN YEARS LATER IT QUIT. CALLED SUPERIOR TOLD HIM THE SYMPTOMS AND THEY CORRECTLY DIAGONOSED IT AS CLOGGED FILTER. CHANGED FILTER GOOD AS NEW AND VERY LITTLE CLUTCH MATERIAL IN PAN. MANY THANKS TO A GOOD BUSINESS , CLAYTON HOLTE
I went in to ask to get a headlight changed. The girl at the counter had told me they could do it. The service manager walked up front and she informed him of the services and he rolled his eyes and sat down at his computer faced away from her and refused to speak to her after she asked him a couple more times if it could be done. He didn't even acknowledge me when I said I would take it somewhere else and she said again that they could do it and I pointed out he obviously didn't want to do it and that he rolled his eyes. I thanked her for her help and left he never once turned around.
Tj is a good kid..very knowledgeable and easy to talk to and seems to understand his customers! !
