Twin City Vacuum
I'm long overdue in writing my review. I/we are shocked to read some of the ugly reviews. I/we have used TCVacuum from time-to-time over many years. We're always treated with respect. After leaving our vacuum for repair, the technician calls within 72 hours, explains the problem, what it will cost to repair and when we can expect the work to be completed. We have NO idea what these poor reviewers are talking about. Carla is getting a bad rap here. Carla has ALWAYS been kind and professional in our experience with her. In fact, will be coming in soon for a used vacuum for our lake place. See you then! Jon & Jules

Dyson Service Center
I am so satisfied with the customer service here. I called another repair shop and they quoted $89 just to look at my vacuum. Then I was told a new filter would be $50 dollars and any other parts on top of that. The Dyson Team waived the service fee, gave me a new filter for free, replaced the head of the vacuum and charged me nothing. The technician simply said, "You paid a lot up front for this Dyson. It's under warranty and we want to be sure that you will continue to use our product." Wow. I truly will never buy any other brand!!!
