If looking for a job or thinking to apply at a temp agency, trust me you do not want to waste your time with the Industrial Staffing located on 17 Washington Ave. N, Mpls MN. I had to look up the address cause one of the idiots there didn't bother giving me any info other than ""bring quarters for parking meters"". Anyways I looked up the company and came across really bad reviews. I figured I'll give it a shot even though I already had a bad gut feeling about this place after speaking to one of them and reading the bad reviews. First of all they tell you to dress for the interview, I guess this doesn't apply to their staff members, they all look like they just rolled out of bed wearing jeans and sweatshirts. That didn't bother me, they just make themselves look very unprofessional. Took the test and got interviewed and was schedule for another test later on in the day. Had some parking meter issue, and the girl testing assured me I could reschedule to test if I called their office around 5pm. I don't get why they couldn't just reshedule while I was there but then I was like whatever I can call them later. I called them and of course yet another idiot called Tyler answered my call. He made unnecessary very rude unprofessional comments and made a big deal over rescheduling me for the tests. Wow, I was shocked to how a simple phone call to reschedule turned into such an insulting, nasty phone call. Dude, It's only assembly stuff, it's not like I was applying for the greatest job out there that everybody's dying to get, seriously. That guy needed a chill pill. The overnight shift was appealing to me but yeah not worth this type of abuse and heck no, I rather die than work for these @ssholes. Fortunately for me I am not in dire need for a job at this time but for the ones who are, don't waste your quarters and time with this company. No one deserves to be treated this way by an employer. If you have a bad gut feeling about the company like I did when reading the negative reviews and talking to that first idiot on the phone then you need to trust your gut instinct and look elsewhere.
