    They drop you for no reason with no explanation. I never broke the pain contract, they just got rid of patients leaving them left without any care. Please be careful if you attend his clinic at Fairview Pain and Palliative Care. He cannot be trusted. Don't make the same mistake I did. The nurses all talk behind your back. I've heard them laughing and joking about patients. Very unprofessional. VERY high turnover at this clinic. It's no wonder the doctors leave. Dr. Belgrade does IEP's for insurance comapnies and then will see you as a patient after he stated you didn't have this disease. He did it to me.
