Best metro store I have ever been to. Employees are knowledgeable on all plans and everything about phones and always make the customer come first. They also always get me the best prices all around. Definitely recommend this store to any store in all of Minnesota

This place has their heads squarely up their asses. They charged me $20 to set up 2 phones and didn't do it because they didn't know their wi-fi password. She told me it's just a matter of a quick download when I got home. 2 hours later it's finally done.

Do not use this store. They are not a Sprint Corporate location. I was quoted a plan by the District Manager(Matt Pohlkamp), and was pressed for time, so I scheduled to come back the following day. I went into the store and was being sold on a different plan. I did not accept the plan and I tried contacting the District Manager (Mr. Pohlkamp), on 3 different phone calls with voice mails left for him. Have yet to hear back from him. I have since contacted the corporate number and although I was on the phone for a while, the problem was resolved and the plan I was supposed to get was honored.

Such a horrif experience. Customer service overall with this company is sorry, but this lication was so rude, called the police on my spouse because they didnt guve him a receipt and he was upset, another time not helping me just total ignoring me then when I spoke on it they said i should leave and he doesnt have to help me. My phone never has signal, i just paid my bill yesterday and today its sayn "your service is temporarily canceled due to bon payment" this would be my 2nd time calling on this matter, im just livid!!!! I had enough! I would rather talk through string and paper cups, prolly have better service then....

I have been a loyal customer here and have gotten an attitude before when I have bought "dud" wicks for my ecig, but this took the cake. I went in last week and bought a $30 battery and a $20 battery for my ecig. All week my larger $30 battery would not hold a charge over 2 hours yet the smaller battery the $20 one held its charge for a day or so like normal. I brought my battery back yesterday and the guy behind the counter kept acting like he was stupid saying, "I don't understand" even though I explained it to him clear as day over and over. You could tell he didn't want to trade my battery in for a new one as he kept saying things like maybe its the charger and so on for around 8 minutes. Finally when he saw I would not give up he reluctantly went to the cabinet and handed me a different battery. It felt smaller and lighter to me, so I stopped and questioned him about it and he assured me it was the same size as the one I was exchanging. When I got home I was able to compare it to my other batteries and sure enough he had given me a much smaller one. I called the store to explain and I was very nice. The manager answered and gave me attitude right away and acted as if I was trying to rip them off. I will never go back to this store. They know ho much money I spend in there as I get all my ecig juice, wicks, battery's and spend a ton of money each week. I'm glad to know they would trade all that in to make an extra $10. $20 bucks ripping me off.

I walked into uptown looking for another repair shop, and walked in here by accident. This place replaced my iphone's dock connector faster, and cheaper than the other store would have. It was also done properly and I'm more than satisfied.
