National Muffler & Brake
I have been taking my Trucks here for several years, and i trust them much, I never have to be without my car for long and they stand behind their work. I took my truck to firestone who is really a total rip off and they wanted 1800.00 for something that only cost me 900.00 with National, I will recommend them in a heart beat, they have taken good care of two of my trucks i have owned. Andy is the best !!!!!

I had just heard from the Farm and Fleet in Waukesha that they wouldn't put on the hitch that I had just special ordered from them. Not even out of their parking lot, I called Mike at John the Muffler Man. He told me to bring it down the next morning. As always, I left there the next morning with a smile my face. I have been extremely pleased with this place no matter what I have asked them to do.

National Muffler & repair
I was very impressed last weekend after talking to the salesman and made appointment for Wednesday at 5:30 to give them time to get work done.(leaving work 90 mins early). Arrived for my appointment and they were closed at 5:20. No call to me to let me know of cancellation, no nothing. Called again in the morning and no answer or voicemail to leave message. I would NEVER recommend this company.

Took my car to them with check engine light on. Was told I needed to replace engine manifold gaskets at a cost of 350.00 and intake manifold gaskets at a cost of 450.00. Had engine gaskets changed only to learn only one side was done. Went to another shop and was told 185.00 to do both sides. Labor cost 1.8 hours to do both sides. These people are thieves. I was charged double the labor cost, and only one side of the car was done! I filed a dispute with my bank to recover the monies stolen from me. Will be filing complaint with state. I thought these people were honest. If you don't want to be ripped off go some where else for your car repairs.

First off Steve and Jarod are absolutely awesome. I recently bought a car here and they did everything possible to help me out and fix whatever needed to be fixed. Anytime I brought it there even if they were booked they still managed to get my car in and get it done in a timely manor. everyone there is really nice and ive never gotten any attitude. Even when I sit there waiting for my car I've watched customers come there and be difficult and they delt with them really good. this is the place I will always take my car to, its not very close to my house but its worth the drive.

The catalytic converter on my volvo was falling off because of rust. The only replacement part my mechanic was able to find cost $1,400. I brought the car to John the Muffler Man and they were able to weld the converter back together for only $80. Enough said! When I got the car back, it was purring like it was brand new. I recommend these guys for any repair work you need.
