Christine - This is Matt, the owner of Smokie's Electronic Cigarette & Tobacco Depot. Since YP.com has no way for me to reply to you directly, I had to write a review, I hope you find it. I am very sorry to read that you had a negative experience in our store. We strive very hard to provide excellent customer service to all of our customers. My employee is a very experienced vaper, she has been vaping for over 5 years now, so she does know what she is talking about when she recommends products or liquids. I am sorry that your experience wasn't up to our standards in customer care. As far as the pricing on liquids go, we try to keep standard pricing on most of our liquids, since it makes it easier on the customers and on the staff. We do have some sale liquids on the shelves, but those prices should be marked if they differ from standard pricing. Liquids in the sale or clearance rack may be opened, some of these liquids are purchased by Smokie's to try and see if we want to carry the line in the store. If we decide not to carry the line, I put the bottles out on the clearance rack for a customer to pick up for a huge discount. This is why your bottle may have had the seal broken. Again, we apologize for you not having a stellar experience in Smokie's, if you decide to try the store again in the future, I hope we can be of greater service to you.
