Enterprise has ALWAYS taken care of me for more than 10 years now, and I am happy with their service... EXCEPT for being rejected today at the Downtown Milwaukee location- WITH right paperwork and verifications, not acceptable today, but was told will be acceptable my next scheduled upcoming date(s)! "Sorry, there's nothing we can do, have a nice weekend..." is all I got leaving the office, no rental, and missed my workshop. I even heard the young lady complaining about the dirty filth that was left in the rental that was given to her. I am very disappointed in the Downtown branch... even out-of-state Enterprises has treated me better with courteous service and appreciation. That was very unprofessional, and the stupid part is, I am using same papers for a later date and reservation(s), only then it will be accepted! And the sad part? I JUST dropped off a rental last week from another location who helped me with informative info- gotta give it to you Enterprise on West Browndeer Road- Bless You, and Thank You for all you do.
I have rented from many car rental businesses over the last 3 year and monlhly over the last 1 year. I have found the cars given to me to be very small and dirty from practically all the major rental businesses even when renting a "mid size car", EXCEPT for Enterprise Rental. I noticed that whenever I rented from Enterprise, the cars were bigger, lower mileage, cleaner and cars I was glad to drive and have others see e in these cars. Since I noticed this difference, I decided to join Enterprise as a club member and will rent only from Enterprise from now on. I am quite pleased with their service, their agents taking care of my reservation and giving me a quality car each time. I have not been disappointed at all since I have started renting from Enterprise and glad I now have a membership This will be my car rental company no matter where I go in the US. Very satisfied client of Enterprise
SCAM ARTISTS!! Avoid like the plague! I had the displeasure of having Marcus as my commission hungry, lying customer service agent. It started with someone hit and running my car. I had my car being repaired at a local shop that worked with this branch of Enterprise. I was told that my insurance would cover a mid sized vehicle, but Enterprise said everything was rented except a full size ram 1500 truck. They told me that because they wanted my business they would waive the upgrade fee. I repeatedly told Marcus that I refused to pay anything out of pocket, and if the insurance company wasn't covering it I do not want it. He told me to sign here, initial there, etc. Then the truck has a flat tire. They fill it up. I ask if it has a leak, and am assured that it does not and it was only low because of the cold weather. Marcus went in to call the insurance company to make sure everything was covered. a few moments later his co-worker comes out and tells me everything is good and I can take off. Firstly, the tire continued to leak and needed air every day I had it. They would do nothing about that. Then I was left a message the day after I returned it stating they were charging my credit card that they had on file nearly $150 and gave no explanation. I called them and asked why and was told because I had the insurance (which I did not want, as I have my own) as well as the fee for driving the larger truck... I explained that no, I never agreed to pay for those. I was told that I signed for them and there was nothing they would do. I asked for the manager. I talk to the "manager" and he repeats there is nothing they can do... then I find out that the manager is another lie, and infact it is that same scam artist Marcus pretending he is the manager. I then disputed the initial charges on my card, as well as contacted my shop. I told my shop what happened and they told me that this is NOT the first similar complaint like this they heard.
