Heiden Plumbing Heating & Cooling Inc
They charged me 475.00 to fix leak in kitchen sink and to unclog bathtub. When the tenant moved in the unit I was called and the tub was still clogged. I called the office and the girl said that they Do Not Guarantee Work but would have manager call. I never heard from them and now have to pay another plumber to fix the clogged tub.

I have an older home. Joe and his son removed piping and outside spigot- replaced necessary piping and shut off valve. Prompt, professional, reasonable and finish the job in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend.

Agreed to come same day but later called back saying there will be a surcharge because it was after 3:30pm. Hoping in future they do a better job at communication own up to a mistake instead of charging customers more

Heiden Plumbing Heating & Cooling Inc
As a homeowner and former landlord I used Heiden for over 25 years. They were always professional, on the low end for price, and did the job correctly so it stayed fixed. As a mortgage banker I have referred them dozens of times to my customers with complete conifedence and never had a negative comment or complaint. Certainly one of the best in the Greater Milwaukee area.ngreat staff top to bottom.

All Plumbing Sewer Drain and Restoration
This guy is a liar and a thief. He came to clean a sewer drain. He said there was a break on the pipe. He told us it would be $2000. He took $600 cash for materials and a scope. Then he disappeared and never came back. Had to hire a different professional to find out he led about everything. His name is Al Barr. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN

Viking Plumbing Inc
This is a great company. The last time I had them out the guy was efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Today they were my first call when I noticed a problem with my water heater. Instead of having a guy come out and charging my a service charge, they gave me a suggestion over the phone. They saved me the money and I was able to fix the issue myself. Great company...

Viking Plumbing Inc
Because I have a property across town from their shop, they are not always able to provide service there, but they are always my first call. I find their plumbers to be knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

Heiden Plumbing Heating & Cooling Inc
My water heater burst while i was at work and it completely flooded my basement. Not only did Heiden do a great and fast job while replacing my water heater they even recommended a great water clean-up company to help. Heiden will always be at the top of my list for any future plumbing needs. Their service is second to none!
Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
