They must have been trained in customer service by Comcast. My Dr. sent over a CPAP order, and they still have not acknowledged receiving it. I have a broken machine, and they have no loner units while this is getting straightened out. One star at best.Update: It turns out the majority of the problem was with the Dr's admin staff. They simply lied when they said that VHM had all the paperwork. I had to physically drive to the Dr.s office and hand-carry the proper paperwork to VHM.The bright spot here is that Andy at VHM really did a great job dealing with BCBS. He even tried expediting the order with them since my unit was broken, but they wouldn't saying "it isn't life threatening". They obviously don't use a CPAP.So at the end of the day, I've raised my review to 3 stars, since not having loner units is still a big issue.
