Most insurances acceptaed, discount for cash customers. We accept Medicaid and CHIPS also.

Serving children from 6 months to 18 years ... we are Children's Dental Center.

    I'm giving a 3 because of the clerks. The dentists and orthodondists are great. The hygenists are great. The clerks are rude. I usually don't say anything about my bad experiences, but I'm pretty upset about the way I was treated today. My daughter got braces last month. I was put on a payment plan, but I forgot to file my insurance. I called back last month to see if it was too late and the newest clerk told me I could file it at my next appointment. I asked if it would affect my down payment and she assured me it would. Today when I went in, I gave her my insurance and she didn't want to file it! She said I should have filed it at my last appointment because now it won't do me any good. I told her I was told it would. This is the same girl who gave me the previous information. She still made me pay the $400 down payment BEFORE attempting to file my insurance. I went and sat down while she complained about me to her coworkers, as if I couldn't hear her. Then, the other clerk told her, "Yeah, but you still have to check on the insurance." I went back with my daughter and when I went to check out, the other clerk treated me like a louse. She scheduled my next appointment and told me, "Okay, you're done." I asked, "Don't you need to draw up a new contract with my insurance?" She said, "Oh. I'll have to do that later because I'm SWAMPED." I said, "Okay, well, I need a doctor's note for my daughter." She said okay & then said she can email me my new contract. I wrote down my email address and she said, "Have a nice day", dismissing me without my doctor's note. I had to get back to work and realized I forgot to get the note, so I called to have them fax it to my daughter's school. I have not yet verified that they did it, but it seems to me that they are not concerned with making sure the customers are satisfied. I think if that business wants to thrive, they better train these women to be a little more professional. I certainly don't appreciate hearing people, who are supposed to be professional, speak badly about me. Makes me wonder if they do this to all their customers. I will definitely be reporting this to whomever is in charge at the Midland office, as well.
