    This was our second purchase within 16 months and we spent
    about $2300. Our salesperson Rob is fantastic, he went above
    and beyond picking us out the perfect appliances after I told him
    what we were looking for. However, the other folks at the store
    dropped the ball. We have a very old dog with serious health issues who has to be locked up before any deliveries to our home. Not only did I ask 3 folks at the store to call 15 minutes
    prior before delivery, it was also written on the delivery ticket.
    However, they showed up in our driveway with no call! Someone
    just couldn't do their job that day. They no longer have to
    worry just about the many competitors in the area where we could of chosen to buy from but, now they have lost our
    business and I will share this experience with all my
    friends and family. Inexcusable and an example of
    poor customer service which it seems we all have to settle for
    at some point these days!

    Just purchased a new refrigerator because mine died. Salesman was able to get me next day delivery and they took the old one away for no charge. What a great experience. I will be going back there again!
