As hard as I tried, Mike and the owners of Miami Imports really blew the opportunity to earn a 5-star review and a customer for life.Everything started great... Mike was kind enough to chat with me via text, and we did the entire deal via text which was so appreciated. The first hiccup came when Mike gave me a price of $8,700, but then surprised me with an additional $495 dealer fee when he sent the Bill of Sale over to be signed. The fee was never mentioned until I pointed it out. It wasn't a deal breaker, but Mike should have mentioned it up front.I live in Nashville, so Mike setup to have the car transported from Miami. Everything went great here. No complaints. When the car showed up with cosmetic damage, everything went downhill... My very first text to Mike said, "Could you let me know about any cosmetic or mechanical issues? I am definitely not expecting a perfect car, but I want to avoid being surprised by anything." He replied, "There are no issues at all. No cosmetic issues." Expectation set... there are no cosmetic issues.Unfortunately there were more than a handful of cosmetic issues with the car including: clear coat peeling, pings in the door, gouges in the paint, a cut gas cap cord, and a completely missing door protector.I sent Mike pictures of all the problems, and he acknowledged that he should have caught them. I asked that he cover a small percentage of the repair bills, but he refused again and again.Mike is a nice guy, but I would NOT purchase another vehicle from him.Would not recommend to anyone.
Credit repair ir know to be a scam by many...I thought so too..until I signed up at Kotel Financial. There prices mught be a little higher then most credit repair businesses, but this is because they offer VIP service. You can go to their office and sit with the credit specialist, meet everyone in the office and sit back and relax because you WILL SEE results. Everyone at the office is super professional and friendly! My score went up a lot, in only a month! Every penny i payed was worth it! And not only that, they offer many other financial services. So as soon as I get my credit completly recovered, I will also get a loan and ask for some wealth management help. Kotel, I am speechless, thank you so much for all your help and for educating me on how to mantain my credit healthy.
This was my first time buying a car, and I don't have very good credit. I was terrified of getting ripped off, so I did my homework. I shopped around. I read lots of car faxes. THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING!!! They were totally honest and friendly from the get go. The car never went up in price from the moment I expressed interest until the keys were in my hand. The owner Tony was very friendly, and even helped me get a really good deal from a local credit union. They let me take the car to a mechanic to get looked at, no questions asked. I would buy from them ten times over, and I recommend them to ANYONE shopping for a used car.
Good Credit, bad credit Tony will help you no matter what. Experience goes a long way in this business and he is the best. Professionalism, kindness and honesty all there. He inspects all his vehicles, if there is a certain car you want that he doesn't have in the lot you simply ask for it and he will do his best to get it for you, year, make, model even color you ask and he delivers.Forget all the large Dealerships they will scam you and mark up the prices, NOT here though, if you want honesty and professionalism Tony on Wheels inc is the place to go.
The simple fact is that everyone is out to make a dollar. Even at the expense of others. We bought a car there 3 weeks ago and it has been nothing but a headache! On paper it seemed like a good deal, but in the end, the car has many issues. Wish I would have been more thorough. Also, car dealers need to be more honest about their cars, and then they wouldn't get such a bad reputation. Just take you time and look over every little inch of a vehicle before you buy it. It might just save you a lot of money, and time.
