I purchased a custom arrangement online as a surprise for my wife for our 5th Wedding Anniversary. It was meant to match the floral arrangement from our wedding. I asked to have delivered to our hotel by 10am, or close to it. When 10am rolled around, I called to find out when it'll be delivered. The guy told me "don't worry, it's on its way. It'll be there between 1030 and 11." I was ok with that. As I'm trying to stall my wife, it got to 12pm. So now I'm asking the front desk if there's a delivery, now ruining the surprise for my wife. I call again, the guy says he's sorry, it should be there any moment, and he'll call to make sure and call me back. I never got a call back. Finally after it being delivered after 1pm, hours late, the arrangement is wrong. I requested white calla lilies with white and purple roses. There were no white roses. I know it says some custom requests aren't met, but it would be nice to know so that I can make a choice to switch or substitute. Very poor experience, and very unprofessional.

Florist- Ymara text me at exactly 1:35pm as I am outside the church on my wedding day (4/8/17) and threatened to remove two center pieces because of a $100 balance! Someone who dropped off the table frame numbers that day of the wedding forgot to leave her an envelope with the money. I received this text as I am parked at the church, that was HIGHLY unprofessional and how does it make sense since the center pieces were paid for in full when I my caterer (package included). I am sure that two center pieces cost over $100! I was disturbed and disgusted by her actions. Luckily someone got her a payment through pay pal. Horrible horrible experience, I wouldn't wish that on any other bride! She should be told that she should try to handle a similar situation differently next time, for example an invoice for the balance would suffice.*It's very unfortunate since my center pieces were gorgeous and so was my bouquet although the orchids kept falling off :(

Outstanding Blooms
Based on his unprofessionalism and obnoxious behavior, I can only assume Bill is the owner. This guy is a piece of work. I order a purple/lilac flower arrangement in a purple vase and he arranged red roses put them in a purple vase. I specifically asked how many roses were in the arrangement at first he said it was up to the designer and later said at least 12. As you can by the attached picture, there was nowhere near 12. When I called to express my dissatisfaction, he literally cursed me out and said I was trying to scam him. From I was placing the order he kept reiterating how expensive calla lilies and kept offering substandard, budget arrangements for $40. I had to stop him at one point and tell him price was not an object as long I liked what I was sending. I never once asked for my money back nor for flowers to be redelivered but he let me have it and even told me "shut up I am still talking and I don't give a s**t if you give me a bad review, I've been in business for 30 years!" BUYER BEWARE!!!

Flower Depot of Miami
Worst experience ever!!! These people are not professional and definitely irresponsible . They delivered the flowers a day early to the restaurant even though they had the correct day of the event. And our flowers were lost . Yet they took our $$ and didn't even offer to compensate for our inconvenience . We would have been better off to buy flowers from street vendors

Terrible customer service and even worse roses. Over paid for Valentines day roses for my mom and the roses were freezer burned and wouldn't even hold up on their own. The stems were floppy, I have seen better roses from street vendors! Terrible and such a rip off. Completely ruined my Valentines gift to my mom. Shame on them for selling crappy roses!

Flower Lab USA
I received a beautiful arrangement delivery last morning from my bf and it was the best quality of flowers I've ever seen. A bouquet was beautifully arranged and delivered by the Flowerlab USA courier, who wore a branded shirt and knew all tips about how to take care of the flowers. Five star star service! I recommend Flowerlab USA. Thank you!

Tips & Advices
Making the trip to your local florist means you can actually get the chance to stop and smell the roses. But the hours they are open can be more restrictive.
Online flower shops, work with wholesale florists near your area to ensure they deliver your order promptly. Since cut flowers don't have a long shelf life, these Internet-based companies take your request and contract it out to a florist in your locale to design it and drop it off at your home or office. While purchasing flowers online is convenient - there are a few things the online stores cannot offer patrons. You can't smell the fragrance of flowers and you can't touch the petals or leaves before you buy the plant. Additionally, when you buy a bouquet over the Internet, you're basing your decision on a stock photo of the item instead of the actual one that will arrive at your doorstep.
Yes. These experts can tell you the best ways to take care of your plants or how to properly cut the stems of flowers to ensure they last longer in your vase. Ask them vase to use with which flower and how much water and plant food you should use to prolong the life of your bouquet or potted plant. Even though retail florists don't usually grow the blooms or plants themselves, they do know the best ways to keep your arrangement looking fresh for longer.
Flowers, especially the lotus, figure prominently in Hindu and Buddhist religious ceremonies, as well as in these two ancient religions' wedding customs. Many florists provide garlands of flowers to decorate and festoon the functions with.
Lilies, as well as daffodils and tulips, are especially popular around these spring holidays.
