I found Regina and Ronald on craigslist and an online resource about a golden retriever puppy. I am a thorough researcher and looked many other places before coming across Happy Doggie USA. (To put it simply, my boyfriend and I wanted a golden so bad we were willing to drive to Alabama, but were fortunate enough to find this wonderful pet store in Kendall, Miami). The customer service was extraordinary even before I had met with Regina face to face. My boyfriend and I had availability to come down to Miami about 3 days after I had originally spoken to Regina about the pups and I was nervous he would be gone by the time we could get down there. Regina texted me EVERYDAY pictures of him and information about him. She reassured me and gave me her word that our sweet baby would be there when we got down there. Not only were we able to take home one golden puppy, but his brother was available and my mother in central Florida asked me to grab him for her! Regina and Ronald were more than accommodating. We have had our 8 week old Bentley for 2 days now and we are overwhelmed with joy. Regina has been in contact with me even after taking our pup home to check in and see how he is doing, which let me know that she really cares about the satisfaction of her customers and that we are not just a payment. Regina and Ronald take incredible care of all of their puppies and I can't say enough about the amazing customer service. It is such a special time purchasing your first addition to your family and Happy Doggie USA made it the best possible experience we could have. I can't say enough good things.

Because must of the pet stores in the Miami area have such of bad reputation because how they run their bussiness, doesn't mean we are all the same. I enjoy when customer write comments about their experience with us, as matter of fact I encourage all my customers to do so . I beleave is a great way to show other customer the type of bussiness and commitment we have , is also a good resorce to find ways for improvement, I will respect everyone point of view as long as I think is fair !!!! other wise I will defend my company with any negative and unfair COMMENTS. Let me start by saying that you are soooo wrong !!!! after 3 days of the puppy purchase you wanted to return the dog because of the simple reason he didnt RUN a mile with you !!!!! we are talking about a PUPPY !!! and made no sence to either us or the vet , your reasons for a refund !!!! just like you said , Doctor Gallardo from MILLIER ROAD ANIMAL CLINIC. is HAPPY DOGGIE USA official vet , which we are PROUD of. We have a great relationship with our vet, we are a team work who works together because we deal with live animals and care for what we do !!! NO !! the simple reason that the doggie does not run a mile is not an ACCEPTABLE reason for a return. the doggie was in a perfect health condition, and this was certified and confirmed by doctor Gallardo. with this said, if you are not happy with the doggie I suggest you find him a good home . I absolutely love the way I was treated at Happy Doggie. I would recommend them!!! We just purchased our new puppy (chocolate lab) on Friday. I just went to the store actually looking for a Golden Retreiver when Regina showed me the chocolate labs puppies that she had available; with absolutely no preasure I held one and I felt in love. I explained to Regina that I have another dog and that in order for me to make the decision of getting the new puppy I needed to see if they would get along. Regina and Ronald told me not a problem go home and bring him. I did and the rest is history... (Kalik) the chocolate lab is home with us!!! :-)) Love Love Love Happy Doggie USA I will recommend them to anyone!!! Also Regina and Ronald are very knowledgable and they have given me great advise on taking care of the new member of the family (Kalik)!!!Yesterday I took my miniature schnauzer (Guinness) to Happy Doggie USA to get groom for the first time there... I absolutely loved it!!! I called to make an appointment and it was such a pleasure to talk to Regina, she immediately told me to bring him, which I did and Guinness stayed with no problem, about and hour later I received a call from Ronald letting me know that he was ready to be picked up!!! When I arrived Guinness was so happy, looking good and smelling fabulous!!! I will recommend Happy Doggie USA to anyone!!! I was referred to Happy Doggie by a good friend of mine who got their puppy from them awhile back. I was a bit hesitant at first considering all the horror stories one hears about. I was blown away! From the moment I walked in, I was helped by Ronald and Regina and all my questions were answered. He showed me my baby and it was love at first sight. I was traveling for the holidays and they kept my baby till I was back. I was so happy with my baby that I also got a brother for her from Happy Doggie. Both puppies have great temperament and are extremely bright. Took them to the vet they recommended and I loved her. My female maltese got her vaccines and is extremely healthy. Regina is also available to me 24/7 if i have any concerns or questions with our puppies. Thank you Regina and Ronald at Happy Doggie for such a great experience!!

After a lot of research I called this store looking for a lab, I was disappointed that they had none but the owner Regina said it would be about a week, 1 week later I went in to the store during my lunch hour looking for the LAB! BIG Mistake! It was all down hill from that point these beautiful brown eyes looked at me and I fell IN LOVE!!!! I was not pressured at all but when she saw that I was in love she offered to hold him for me till I could come back and I said “ I DO!” She groomed him and had him ready for me when I got out of work. I have had my puppy for about a month now with no issues, all information on shots, microchip, free vet visit and also return policy was provided in writing and explained verbally before paying and leaving the store, I update her with pictures and she requests more truly a pleasure dealing with them….

Happy Doggie USA came highly recommended by a close family friend that works in the pet supply industry. I'm so happy that I choose to visit the shop last April and instantaneously fell in love with a sweet Yorkie puppy. Regina and Ronald were fantastic with me and my family. They answered our many questions being that this is our very first dog. They are knowledgeable and caring individuals. They were very patient and helpful with us. Their shop carries many brands of pet supplies and it also has boarding and grooming services. I have used both of these services several times and I am always extremely satisfied. Their customer service and care for my Jack is superb! That is why I continue to be a loyal customer.

Regina & Ronald were instrumental in our decision to buy our teacup Yorkie. They suggested we bring our 8 year old miniatureChihuahua to their store to allow the dogs to get acquainted with each other before we made the investment. After our purchase, Regina has been following the progress of our baby girl with regular texts. She had given us her cell phone number if any problems or questions arose. One night she answered my call after hours & answered our question & followed up with me the next day to make sure all was ok. Quality Puppies Of Miami
The best place in miami. Very clean and They have the healthiest puppies in town.I had a great experience when I visited quality puppies last month. The staff had been helping me for a couple of days by being very responsive and sending me pictures of the different dogs I requested. When I finally came in to pick up my puppy they had everything ready for me, explained me the contract and gave me tips on how to care for him. The place looked and smelled amazing! Even though I went at a busy time I was treated like I was the only one there. Highly recommend it if you're trying to find your dream puppy!

I purchased a puppy for my son from Happy Doggie USA. The owners are wonderful, generous people. They worked with me and made sure my son had his puppy when he came home from school as promised. They even held him for us and made sure he wasn't sold!! I highly recommend this store to people. The dogs are just gorgeous. Mine is doing great!!! Happy Doggie USA is a one of a kind store. Their main concern was making sure they delivered the puppy to my son as promised. I'm blown away by their generosity towards my son and I and will always remain a loyal customer. Pase por gorgeous Puppies me gusto mucho la higiene del lugar y el trato de Gerardo ,me enamore inmediatamente de un Schnauzer el cual es ahora mi perro y mi adoración! gracias por sus atenciones, recomiendo el lugar 100% . Los perritos bellos ,bien cuidados y sanos. El personal siempre dispuesto a orientarte con el cuidado de las mascotas ,en general entre el servicio y el cariño con que te tratan, siento que fue una excelente decisión. GRACIAS!Si quieres agregar un nuevo miembro en tu familia llama a Gerardo y no dudes que te ayudara a tomar la mejor opción.

However, most facilities carry liability insurance and pet business insurance in the event of a serious incident. To prevent illness, facilities are strict about requiring proof of vaccination and general health from a veterinarian prior to accepting a dog. However, in an off-leash setting, scuffles or fights might occur. Reputable facilities will often hire vet assistants who can treat minor injuries and under-the-weather dogs.  For anything more serious, a good daycare should make it a priority to get the dog to a vet, and get in immediate contact with the owner.
