Don Carlos, the owner offered me Cuban coffee and breakfast for two days in a row..My F 150 needed an evaporator and his price beat all his competition. Not only did they do the work in record time but when I arrived they lowered the price by $50. Now who does that these days. It's easy to see that honesty and integrity has kept his business thriving for over 30 years. If you're looking for a shop that you can trust this is the place to go. Thanks Don Carlos.
The owner Michel is very nice and really knows about tires. The best thing about this place is that they can get you tires at a better price than the typical chain store, He does offer a great price and keeps all the unnecessary extra charges off the bill. I recommend to anyone.
Excelent, i recommended, The Southern Tire, repared brakes, and air condition, y the price is very good
as a woman lacking knowledge of the problems with my vehicle, I was treated very well and was explained in detail all the issues with my car tires and alignment, in a way I understood. thanks for the service and great prices.
Great service, had what I needed. Manny is a real nice guy would recommend this place anytime. he has a huge selection of rims and tires
I would highly recommend this place! The staff is friendly. They're honest and profesional as well!!
DONT GO THERE!!!I also bought their group on... And i even did some research to see what their ratings were and also to get some customer feedback. It seemed alright... But when i went there to get the alignment and oil change, they told me i needed to get the balancing done too, an extra 30.00 cost! But that's fine because sometimes cars do need that, so i accepted the charge. Then the manager walked in and told me, "Come here for a second i want to show you something", as we walked to the back he told me that my less than 30,000 miles car needed a replacement bolt for the steering. I asked how much? and he said about 100.00. I asked if it was going to affect the alignment and he told me no, so i said that i would just hold off. Thinking he was just trying to up sell me extra work, i thought to myself it was whatever as long as i didn't give it. However when i drove of the repair shop i noticed the car had a slight pull to the left. I went back a few days later and asked if they could take a look at the alignment again. They refused to and told me that it was due to that bolt and that it was going to cost me about 150.00. What a bunch of scammers, i knew it was way too good to be true. They didn't event look at the alignment, maybe they did make a mistake and that's why the alignment was of. Businesses like this with uneducated employees don't know the value of customer service. In today's world, customers need to be treated better and they sure don't know how to do that. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
Great shop! Got tires from them and they rotated my tires for free after a year for sure recommend them couple of my buddies have gone and have been really pleased as well!
Great place. From the girls at the FD to the thecnitian everybody are professionals and extreamily friendly. Very high location to be recommended for any tire assistance. Kudos to Falcon
Called and got an estimate over the phone for a decent brand tire at a decent price. When I got there the guy sold me a Chinese made tire at the same price and tried to pull the wool over my eyes by saying it was made in Indonesia. Good service but their honesty is questionable it seems.
- Move your car to a safe location.
- Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
- Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
- Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
- Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.
