We purchased from them this Sunday our first Bonsai tree. I have to say that they provide the best customer service that I have ever experienced from a nursery. As soon as we got their the owner greeted us at the entrance he was so attentive, informative and had such a beautiful variety of Bonsai Trees. He helped us pick the right Bonsai for us as beginners and budget and never once rushed us into buying anything. They truly deserve much more than 5 stars, they have gained a loyal customer for years to come, might I also add that they are really family friendly he was so kind to our kids.

Bernecker's Nursery
I'm a landscaper and I used to shop at this place, everyone is very polite and kind. Except for this 2 women, Carmen Ortiz and Kathy B. They're rude. I stopped going and I have to say this, sometimes I need plants from here, but now Berneckers is my LAST OPTION. Bad for them...

WHAT A SELECTION! I was looking for some certain Palms and fell in love with everything they had! They had staff that helped educate me on plants and tell me what's good for some sun, no sun, etc. What an experience! If you need plants... this is the place!

Island Tropical Inc
I am not sure if this means anything. But never felt so belittled like this before from this company. Tried to exchange some products that did not hold up too well during transit to my floral show. I was told they have nothing else to sell me. Tried to solve the issue with her husband, he was unbelievable just out right unpleasant. His words "I don't have time to baby sit customers". Only because first he gave me one total, then came back with another price and when I asked he said, " I don't have time for this, so go find some place else." Being in business my self my recommendation customer service is the key. You may feel as though you don't need to have that because you're already established. But in the end it will all add up.

Bamboo Man
the bamboo man does have nice bamboo in his own garden, but the ones he has for sale are disappointing. also if you don't know exactly what kind of bamboo you want to buy, well good luck. the owner tries to rush you and will not give you time to think about what you want and will get angry with you for wasting his time. he wants very much to sell you his bamboo but you must choose quickly, well I'm sorry but I need time to decide what kind I really want for after all it is a big investment one you only want to make once and right the first time. so no I can not recommend the Bamboo Man.

Tips & Advices
The primary service of nurseries is production and/or sale of plants, trees, and related products. Some nurseries provide delivery and installation of plants and trees. Nurseries can also provide irrigation materials, service and irrigation management, landscape design and maintenance, lawn care, and tree service and maintenance.
While there are many nurseries that provide various product guarantees (usually with limitations), each establishment has its own set of rules and policies. Ask questions and do your research before buying.
Nurseries are able to nurture a plant from seedling to mature plant with skill, potentially increasing its longevity and health. All you have to do is maintain it. Nurseries have the resources and personnel to handle a wide variety of plant life, which creates a more diverse selection for the consumer, and can help  guide you in growing your own green thumb.
Besides the obvious geographical difference, the main thing separating indoor from outdoor plants is their temperature tolerance. Some require cooler temperatures and shade; others need more direct sunlight and warmth; some are flexible and able to thrive in either environment, provided the temperature differences are not extreme.
The best plants for low-maintenance care include ficus, spider plant, Mother In Law’s Tongue, cacti or cactus, Peace Lily, Touch-Me-Not, ivy, succulents, and Kalanchoe. Each of these plants requires minimal watering and attention (but still might like you to talk to them).
