I have worked with Julio Nunez at Real Property Management for over five years and they have been nothing less than GREAT! I had really bad experiences with other companies in Miami and then found Julio. He has been very professional with all of our dealings, has always been prompt with any problems at the rental property and immediately responds to questions with renters. Julio always goes the extra mile when I ask him about the rental market, my unit or any other concerns. He even completed a market assessment when asked. At one point my unit was leaking into another unit below and Julio immediately notified me, had an explanation and gave me choices to solve the problem. Everything was very easy in this emergency and Julio made us feel at ease. He also passes on any information he gets from our tenant and the association and follows up with a solution. Over the years, it has been a pleasure working with Real Property and we have had no complaints.

This is the management company at my apartment that I've owned for 4 years. Caribbean Property Management has been great at working with me to repair and fix any issues that have come up in the last 4 years. Me and my neighbor recently had a plumbing issue late at night that resulted in some flooding in the restrooms. I called their emergency line and first thing in the morning Caribbean sent out a plumber that had the problem fixed within an hour. I didn't even have to miss a day at work!Currently looking to invest in another property for my retirement and will definitely keep an eye out for one maintained by Caribbean Property Management.

Dr. Robbins is a positive breath of fresh air, and brings a youthful presence to the sessions. He is knowledgeable and always addresses any concerns I might have, before they are even brought up. He seems to be able to "read" people, and he zeroes in on exactly what we need. The suggestions he makes to use at home are easy, every day actions that really do make a difference in the atmosphere of the home. The cost is reasonable, he is always prompt, and he treats me like I am on the same level as him; he does not look down his nose and think he is superior. I am looking forward to continued success as I consult with Dr. Robbins.

Caribbean Property is the best management company I've had thus far. I've lived in my condo for 20 years and have had several management companies but they do not even come close to the level of customer service that Caribbean has. Just last week I urgently needed an account statement to send to my bank and I called the accounting department just a couple of minutes before the office would close and they still answered my phone call and sent it to me within 5 minutes of my call. I've also emailed them in the past with questions about my account and have gotten a response back very quickly.

I initially contacted Real Property Management Miami on the recommendation of Real Property Management Albuquerque and so glad I did. For years I managed my own rentals, did countless evictions, received plumbing calls in the middle of the night, chased tenants down for their rent, etc. Now I just relax and they electronically deposit the rent every month, take care of any maintenance with good, low cost vendors. They found a great tenant right away and she has been there for over 3 years! Thank you RPMM.

We have been with Caribbean property management for about 5 years they have been so helpful to our association, they always seem to keep our board members very happy, and all the people in our condos. At the last meeting Mr. Garcia even went way out of his way, and help me find my cell phone that I had lost walking the night before. Following all around the grounds with find my phone on his phone to locate it!!! I am so happy, thank you so much, that saved me 200$!!!
