ARD Distributors
I just wanted to take a moment to say how impressed I was today with Greg, our sales rep from Atlanta. We had an issue with the delivery of a stove that put us in a critical time crunch for an apartment with a pending move in. Greg was very dedicated to resolving the issue to our satisfaction, even delivering the stove to the property himself! I was most impressed with his professionalism, courteousness and all-around great customer service skills. He took a blunder that could have cost him our business and turned us in to a customer that looks forward to doing business with ARD Distributors for a long time. Thanks again, Greg.

Champions Direct
Gregory is an experience salesman willing to go an extra mile to help the customer . I do not have an idea if he is the owner. But he treats the business like one. I order parts for my fridge yesterday got them this morning, exactly what I needed, but way it gets better not only was the shippest in town and I took the time to call around 10 locals they were also the shippest shipping charge to Rory body else. Note the most expensive was Marcone .Tx Gregory I give you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✌

Miami Appliance Parts Inc
This guy has the stuff you need, and he knows his stuff so you buy what you need. Don't waste your time waiting for something you buy online to arrive (and maybe have to be returned if not what you need). Great service, great price. Worth the drive from S. Miami for sure.

Tips & Advices
Aftermarket replacement parts can be perfectly safe and reliable, but be sure to do your research. If replacing a more integral piece, such as washing machine’s water pump or a thermostat for a busted water heater, it might be best to purchase new.
Replacement parts generally come with warranties extending anywhere from 30 days to five years, depending on the original price, the nature of the fix and the age of the part itself.
If you’re seeking new parts repair companies will generally mark up their prices slightly--particularly at a major national retailer. However, used parts are typically discounted.
Cheaper used appliance parts can be found online or at many local, independently owned retailers, along with ecommerce sites such as eBay. Major retailers, however, generally limit their selection to unused, full-priced options.
Second-hand appliance parts are generally anywhere between 50-75% cheaper than new ones, but warranties might not extend as long and the parts may be less reliable or come with a shorter lifespan. Be sure to research the source of any second-hand parts to ensure the dealer is reputable and the part itself reliable.
