Perez Autoworks
Thank you to Perez Autoworks team for taking care of my car once again. My 2006 audi A3 clutch went bad after 6 months they rebuilt my trani and installed an FX350 clutch. Luis Perez (shop owner) did not charge me a single penny for diagnosing the problem and bringing the trani down as many times as needed. Only had to pay the company I purschased the clutch from for a new clutch because I did not have any warranty. What a great family owned business, never seen anything like it. They also fixed my 2001 mustang GT master pump a out 3 years ago,my girlfriend Eclipse for brakes, tires and aligment and my company vehicle for oil change all the time. I feel my family and I are safe on the road because Perez Autoworks. Thank you for finding a way to help, even on times when I am in tight budget.....

Tires 4 Less Kendall
What a relief it was to find this place! I needed one of my truck tires plugged, not patched. Tires4Less, at this location, was recommended to me by the man FORD initially sent to help me. The place looked busy when I drove in, so I was worried I'd be there forever ~ lol! Within 8 minutes, 12 tops, my tire was fixed! The husband and wife team were very pleasant, attentive, and just made me feel very comfortable. Excellent price, too, by the way; best within 15 miles of my home. Of course I looked into the shop--- very clean and there were at least three vehicles manned (had workers working on them). I will definitely go back when I need maintenance for my truck. Highly recommended! --danae, Kendall, Miami.

Banners Tire Of Westchester
I have been buying my tires at Banners since The mid 80's. It is a family owned business and I have always been treated very well. Although I consider myself to be a smart consumer and I shop around for the best deal I find Banners has always been very competetive with their pricing and their service is second to none. If you enjoy good old school customer service I recommend you visit them. They will treat you like family and never over sell you. There would have to be a big price difference for me too go elsewhere.

Tuff Tires & Wheels
You know the saying "Don't judge a book by it's cover" well with this shop it applies. It's a smaller family own business, but let me tell you the best service I've had in a long time. Their owners Patrick and his wife Shannon were super friendly and helpful. I bought four tires from them and had them mounted and balanced on my 2013 VW CC I'm super happy with the work. If you are looking for a great price and knoledgeable staff I definitely recommend them to you all.

Nunez Tire
Don Carlos, the owner offered me Cuban coffee and breakfast for two days in a row..My F 150 needed an evaporator and his price beat all his competition. Not only did they do the work in record time but when I arrived they lowered the price by $50. Now who does that these days. It's easy to see that honesty and integrity has kept his business thriving for over 30 years. If you're looking for a shop that you can trust this is the place to go. Thanks Don Carlos.

This shop is great! From the owner to all his workers. I took my classic 62 Vette in there for restoration and they have done an amazing job with this classic complicated car. I would and have recomended CB Wheels to all my car and motorcycle buddies. They do everything from basic mechanical work to extensive restores and upgrades to any car or motorcycle. Great selection of wheels, tires and all the cool stuff for your rides.. check them out.

Perez Autoworks
I don't agree with Andre R I went there for a alignment I previously had a alignment at a competitor an was still wearing out tires. They showed me on their computerized screen that I needed 2 bolts in my steering. I agreed to that along with the alignment. I had gotten 4 new tires at BJ's and my car has never felt so good on the road it is straight and doesn,t wear out tire I would go there again!

Express Wheels USA Inc
After lots of researching online for my new wheel and tire combo I decided to call Express wheels to get a quote from them since they carried the wheels and tires I was looking for. The owner Louis gave me a better price than any online store and he's only about 20 minutes away from me. He was very informative and friendly. I will definitely be buying my lift from him too.

Southern Tire & Auto Center
I've been going to Bud for years. He's kept my 96 truck running like a top while recognizing I'm on a budget - never trying to upsell. He's done my brakes, radiator, starter, shocks, ignition switch and air. Hhe trouble shot a bad ground ignition circuit - gratis. I trust him as my go to guy to make sure my old pick up can reliably get to work. Highly recommend.
Tips & Advices
Yes. New tires purchased online can often be priced lower than ones at a tire dealership. Buyers can often avoid state sales taxes and locate hard-to-find tire styles and sizes, but will still have to locate a local tire installer and pay sometimes high shipping costs.
The average cost of a set of new tires is $637, with a range of between $525-$725. In addition, installation includes mounting and balancing, alignment, and disposal of old tires.
The vehicle is raised and the old wheels are removed, then the old tires are removed from the wheels. The lug nuts, wheels, and valve stems are inspected and replaced as needed. The new tires are mounted and sealed, then inflated and balanced. The wheels are then replaced on the car. The average installation takes approximately 45 minutes.
Agencies such as the Tire Industry Association promotes tire safety through advocacy and education to the industry including: manufacture, sales, repair, service and recycling. Seek a full-service tire dealer who carries a wide variety of tire types and brands and asks about the type of driving you normally do.
  • Move your car to a safe location.
  • Turn on your car’s safety lights, apply the parking brakes and remove the hubcap if there is one.
  • Loosen the lug nuts with a lug wrench (but do not remove them), raise the vehicle with a jack and then fully remove the lugnuts.
  • Remove the flat tire and replace it with the spare tire.
  • Tighten the lug nuts by hand, lower the car and then tighten them fully with the lug wrench.
